"Awesome Features!!"

Received my order for my kids scooter and I was absolutely blown away by the features! Coming from the 90s with plain scooters I had no idea they made scooters that could light up or even have Bluetooth features! Super stoked with our new scooter & for see a lot of hours using this around the neighborhood. Great customer service when needing help deciding which one to purchase as well. Overall 5 stars!

"Scooter not charging"

My scooter stopped charging a couple weeks ago, and i was dreading the warranty/return process, but when i reached out to GoTrax, mason who assisted me, really made the process a piece of cake, even learned how to do the warranty/return process via email very easy! Answered all of my 100000 questions without hesitation. Very eager to help my situation, Unfortunately had to return my scooter but i got a new one as the replacement! Very happy with the outcome of my situation! Couldn’t have done it without masons help!

"We had a problem with our scooter…"

We had a problem with our scooter initially. They sent out a replacement part immediately however that wasn't the solution... When I called in again for the same problem them immediately responded with getting us a full replacement of the scooter instead of going back and forth with parts. I can't thank them enough for that!!!

"We bought a GO TRAX Rival scooter as a…"

We bought a GO TRAX Rival scooter as a Christmas present and after ring used a few times it suddenly stopped working even though it shows fully charged. It should be under warranty but I have called and left four messages with customer service, I’ve sent emails, I have put in the warranty review online twice and cannot get anyone to respond. I did get one email back after about three weeks, asking me a question of which I immediately responded and then nothin, I sent a follow-up email the next week and still nothing. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced and we still have a broken scooter.
UPDATE: As I am unable to respond in any other way. Thank you for responding on here GOTRAX, the day after I wrote this I did get an email saying the part I need is being shipped (not sure why Trustpilot reviews are read but not emails), this was Aug 15th. What adds insult to injury is that even though they said it shipped and gave me a UPS tracking number, when I track it, it was never shipped, just a label was created on Aug 15th. It is now the 23rd and the part has not even shipped and no response to email about it. I am not going to put my contact details on here for everyone to read but you have it all in the multiple emails already sent.

"3rd time the charm?"

I ordered this scooter as a Christmas gift. The first one we got worked initially, but within the first day wouldn’t charge or turn on. I couldn’t get customer service to call me, so ended up returning it to the store and replacing. The second one worked great for about 2 months, then same thing- died abruptly and would seem to charge but would never turn on.

It took me about 6 weeks working with customer service in the warranty dept to get a response, but they ultimately did replace the scooter and it has arrived and is working well. David C. was excellent in customer service and made the whole thing work out. Fingers crossed that this one lasts!!

"Upon delivery of my electric scooter it…"

Upon delivery of my electric scooter it did come damaged ( brake handle snapped off ). I talked to customer support and they are sending a whole new handle bar assembly to me. Friendly service, quick and simple. Thank you GOTRAX team.

"Absolutely horrible experience"

Absolutely horrible experience, they shipped my scooter to the wrong place and despite calling and emailing almost daily for the past two weeks, they've continued to reassure me they'd take care of it but never did. Finally they refunded my order and told me to buy another one.
