I had an issue with my Gotrax Rival consoles not working. After figuring out how to get ahold of someone the company responded to me immediately and they're sorting my issue out now. David was very professional, polite and helpful. Thank you again. My kids will be happy they can ride their Gotrax Rival scooters again. With the help of trust pilots review my issues were sorted out immediately, so I'd like to thank them as well. Thank you both for the help with my scooter repairs.

I recently bought a hoverboard for my son from Amazon. After a couple of weeks, it stopped working. When I contacted customer service, they responded promptly and provided some instructions to solve the problem, but they didn't work. They assured me not to worry and offered to send a new one. My son couldn't have been happier—even more than with chocolate! We received the new hoverboard within a week. GOTRAX is a reliable company with awesome customer service. I highly recommend shopping with them. Thank you again!

"The first electric bike I bought"
The first electric bike I bought, the back tire had a bad valve stem, so they sent me a replacement bike. Once that arrived the headlight went out. Tried to order one but got sent the wrong one. Got ahold of gotrax and they sent the correct part. Headlight is bright and working pretty alright.

NO responses after being told a part was being mailed to me. Repeatedly sent email follow ups through ticket and even through a new ticket. Horrible customer service. My son has been without his bike for 2 months now.

I wrote this review a few days ago and David C responds like he does to everybody else’s review, but there’s no place to reply to him with a return number. So this is a fake reply for GoTrax to look good and pretend they’re actually trying to work on these complaints. Terrible company
Horrible customer service
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.Bought my son an e-bike for his birthday in May and the throttle stopped working after a few weeks..They said they would ship me a replacement part but the item still hasn’t shipped after 6 weeks and I can’t get a response from an actual person. I have called customer service and emailed several times with zero response. Do not get this brand as a gift for your kids, my child has missed the whole summer on his e-bike and left with disappointment and a broken bike
