I reached out about a warranty issue to get a new part on August 28 and haven’t had this resolved. It is now September 11. Very disappointing support they do not respond to emails. I’d delete this review if I got assistance.

I had some correspondence problems initially, but the team came through in a big way! They gave me the answers, solutions and part I needed. The part is being shipped free. I'm extremely happy with the G3 and service.
