Hiboy and Sisigad are other 2 scooters I own. Gotrax have owned the longest and is still the only one working. Hiboy burned through 8 motors and Sisigad died after 500 miles.

"Shipping has been awful"

Shipping has been awful. Communication has been awful!!! I received a tracking number Aug 1st and UPS has still not taken possession of the package. I have sent emails asking for an update and have gotten no response!!!!

"Horrible customer service/ warranty help "

Horrible customer service, don’t respond to warranty claims! I purchased a scooter from a local Walmart back in Jane. The scooter was defective. I reached out right away and submitted a warranty claim that same day. Even after a month went by I still didn’t get contacted about my claim. I submitted 2 more warranty claims in July still no luck. Here it is August and yet still haven’t gotten my issue resolved. Finally was able to get ahold of a representative by the name of John who wouldn’t provide an id number or anything and he decided to be an awhole while asking questions, also stated that he has no manager and no one was above him then proceeded to tell me I needed to submit another warranty claim then hung up in my face. Tried warranting it out through Walmart and no luck. Worst company and complete loss of money. Do not recommend

I purchased a scooter from Walmart and the scooter worked fine for about 6 months. I contacted go trax and they sent a replacement handle bar attachment. Scooter once again worked fine until it would not charge nor turn on. I contacted go trax once again to let them know the issue and they ended up sending a replacement scooter. We will see how the new scooter works out.
