"Customer service by far the worse"
Customer service by far the worse I’ve ever experienced. The service agent was uneducated and ignorant, why would go trax have a support team but they absolutely have been 0 help. They can offer discounts on a new scooter nooo just give a half a$$ cognitive answer to help me solve the issue some of us don’t have money for a new scooter. Be warned that you’re on your own when purchasing from GoTrax. Go on Amazon, find a no name scooter manufacturer…go trax customer service is on par with them.

Updated review (1-5-25)they gave me a refund, Currently reordering now due to their automated system not sending it out because my shipping address wasn’t the same as my billing address for my wasted time they promised me a discount so inshallah(god willing) everything goes as planned, will update again soon.
(12-24-24)I’m going to give a review based on delivery, communication and customer service as I can’t speak on the product because I still haven’t received the scooter that I spent all this money on. On December 4th I made a purchase and still it has not even been shipped I have received one email in return stating there is a backlog and they are short staffed on December 10th and that my order would be escalated to the operations team.. 3-5 business days has turned into about 10+ it has been 3 weeks total since I placed my order. This is how I make my living I door dash on a scooter when not working my other job so I basically wasted money I might as well just paid my bills with, if this company has any decency I should bare minimum get a gift card or discount for my wasted time and money. My order is #382292 just so you don’t have to ask😁 I’m a legitimate paying customer and what’s crazy is I was going to test this Scooter and then if I liked it get one of the higher grade ones but at this point I don’t even think I’ll waste my time OR MONEY!!

Ordered (2) electronic scooters recently and it's been over a week since I've heard from this company. Received an order confirmation email with no shipping details. Business uses Shop app to track packages which has no information, and they've been unresponsive to calls and emails to customer support. Appears they are non-existent. Filed complaint with credit card company, FBI Frauduently Activities line and FTC. Total was $540.46 to this company that they've stolen from 1 person. Can't imagine how much fraud is going on here on a larger scale. Send these guys to prison.

"Let’s just call it like you see it…you…"
Let’s just call it like you see it…you would be an absolute moron to buy anything from this company…UNLESS, you personally have the know-how to fix their stuff. They will not answer a phone or return an email. There is no way to find a person or a chat. Don’t believe me…just try the number on their FB page that they provide. You won’t believe the “primitive” computerized system and you WILL be forced to leave a message on it after a few minutes of being in their queue. Try it and then reply here to share your experience. Buy from a different manufacturer…you are forewarned.
