"Worst customer service ever "

Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. You cannot reach anyone by phone. You will have to leave a message. I recommend not leaving a message as they do not return phone calls. You can email them and they will respond. However, you will get a generic response that appears to be written by AI and does not directly solve your issue.

You cannot return a product without paying return shipping and a restocking fee–even a faulty product or a product that is missing essential parts– like a scooter charger. It took me nearly a month to get my situation resolved. It was a horrible experience for both of my children. Waiting weeks to use their Christmas presents…

I’m not sure how all the people who left positive reviews (specifically mentioning how great the customer service was) were able to reach a customer service agent. I left 5 messages over a 3 week period and never got a call back. I also left my phone number in the dozen emails I sent the company asking for someone to call me...no one ever did.

If you are considering purchasing from this company, I recommend first try to call their customer service number. Might help you to discern which reviews are true and which are false. Lastly, if you must purchase their product, I highly recommend going through a big store and getting insurance.

"Scooter didn't show up and had no service until review"

Updated Review: After I wrote this review, I was quickly contacted and offered a refund if I changed my review. I received a full refund. I cannot speak to the quality of the scooter, because we didn't end up buying one. The customer service was not good until I wrote a review. I sincerely hope they change their expediency in processing orders & cancellations in order to improve customer service. I am increasing my rating to two stars, because ultimately they gave me a refund, but I don't want others to have my experience and they should understand what they might be getting into.


I strongly suggest you look elsewhere! I ordered a scooter for Christmas and it still hadn't shipped two days before. We called to cancel the order and bought one locally. We were told the Manager did not look at the request and it still shipped. We rejected shipment nearly a month ago and have not been refunded. When contacting customer support the emails are formulaic and do not address the problem. Talking on the phone to the customer service agent, they can't do anything for us and the Manager will not take calls. We've been told we will be charged for the return fee of $75 because we didn't accept delivery, even though they said the order would be cancelled! We still haven't been refunded, even though it's been a month since we cancelled the order, because they have no record of the scooter coming back. Will we ever get a refund?

"Terrible Customer service "

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order in December 2024 for a scooter that still has not been received. We are almost in February 2025. I requested a refund over a month ago and that has yet to be provided. The customer service with this company is horrible. I will never do business with this company ever again and I will make sure people know not to do so as well.

"Worst company"

Worst company! Worst customer service. Do not order one! Took almost a month to receive product. Requested refund because it never moved in shipment. One day just appeared. Do not believe the 3-5 day average shipping. They refuse to provide a return shipment label, even though this is their fault. Keep reverting back to "this is our policy." Not our fault we had to order a different scooter to have one in time for Xmas! They said manager can only email us not call. What kind of service is this?!! Worst company!

After my initial review, I was immediately contacted by a team member of GOTRAX. The problem was immediately resolved, and I received my full refund. The GOTRAX team member was extremely understanding of my concerns and frustration. After a conversation, I would definitely use GOTRAX in the future.

"how dare this company expect me to pay…"

how dare this company expect me to pay to shipped their defective product that has not even turned on the very first day it even arrived. I WOULD HAVE UNDERSTAND MAYBE IF THE PRODUCT HAD WORKED FOR A WHILE BUT IT HASN'T AND I HAVE KEPT IN CONTACT WITH THEM. I BOUGHT THIS EARLY DECEMBER AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT AND IT CAME ABOUT 2 DAYS BEFORE THE NEW YEAR. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE GOTRAX......FIX THIS, IT AIN'T MY FAULT YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE
