"I just bought gmax ultra last week"

I just bought gmax ultra last week. I am very disappointed. The scooter is nothing like it says on the description- the range on this scooter say 45miles but hardly runs 25miles on a full charge and the speed says 20mph but feels slower. I wish there was a test trail or something. I regret getting this.

I would never recommend this to anyone. Customer service is horrible. The scooter has so many issues. Complete waste of money.

The product was good but my order came in the wrong color and it almost looked like my skooter has a bunch of scuffs and scratches near the wheels. The packaging was not keeping together very well either.

"Parts Not Available, Now Scooter is Junk"

Bought an expensive G2 scooter, and 4 months later the control board went out. No parts available, so the expensive scooter is now junk… very disappointing.

"Very disappointing"

Very disappointing. Bought a GoTrax pro scooter less than two years ago. Very light riding to get to parking lot and back under 250 miles total. The main post bracket broke while riding, a catastrophic failure that did not, fortunately, result in a bad accident. Company cannot even advise if it can be repaired and local shops all complaining they cannot get Go Trax to respond nor send parts. Unreasonable and unreliable!

"Purchased and assembled scooter"

Purchased and assembled scooter. Rode very sluggishly, starts out fast and then a governor kicks in and slows significantly. Speedometer reads 15mph and my grandson’s Hoover scooter reads 15mph as he flies by me. Arranged a return with excellent support and customer service. Unfortunately the replacement scooter has the same issue.

"Campus Cruiser"

I've had my Gotrax Gxl V2 for about a week now. For the price, this is a great scooter that gets me around campus nicely. I live in a place with really steep hills, so this scooter really struggles up these hills. The only thing I have an issue with is squeaky breaks. Love my scooter!

"Kids broke the charging port"

Kids broke the charging port, new one works perfect and super easy to install. Only two screws and an easy plug.

"Only a few months old and 3 issues"

Only a few months old, I had the console replaced twice and the caliper replaced once. Getting new parts requires you to send the defective part and wait for the new part to arrive. It’s a challenge when you use the scooter on a daily basis for work.
