Ya’lls sent me a used bike or something, there were rusted parts inside the bike and the parts were poorly packaged I was missing pieces and honestly the manuals are terribly written and there is no better one online. For 600 dollars I expected a quality product not to buy a used broken bike with missing parts.

Loving my new G4 so far. The 20 mph top speed is solid, it handles bumps really well, the cruise control function works well & is super nice to give your thumb a break when cruising, the built in cable lock is super convenient, and the functionality overall is super intuitive. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this model.

Flex scooter was better than I expected and I had no problems with it or complaints. It arrived 3 days after I ordered it which was much sooner than I expected. Also, customer service was very responsive to my questions through email. And I see the website says it's sold out already. Not surprising, it's a great scooter and a fun ride. I entered a full product review on the product website a few days after riding it.

My scooter is vibrating and moving slow after one month of having it. My child is sad and I don't have the funds to replace it especially since it's basically brand new.

"Horrible Warranty Claim Service"

I purchased the Gotrax Apex LE in January, and we discovered after trying to charge the battery three times that it was faulty, so we filed a warranty claim. The warranty claim process was strictly through email, couldn't call their customer service line to process it. the responses took 24-48 hours. i had already thrown out the box and requested to have them send me a box or pay for repackaging, and they denied the request. I spent a large amount of money out of pocket to ship back the scooter when it wasn't our fault. If this were strictly a return, i would understand having to pay to repackage, but a 40lb scooter needs a lot of packaging and the proper sized box to resend without it being damaged during shipping. I would like to contacted and refunded for the repackaging. I should not have to pay more than the product's listing price just because I received a faulty scooter. Buying direct should always be a better experience, but in this instance, I wish I had purchased from a brick and mortar retailer like Target or Walmart.

The battery does not last long. It dies really really fast. I have other scooter from the same brand and it last couple days doing the same trips.

I needed to return 2 accessories that didn’t fit my original purchase. 12 emails later, I finally just purchased 2 $15 shipping labels plus tax so I could return my products. Instructions were incredibly confusing and contradictory which is why I finally gave up and just spent $30 plus tax total to return two accessories. I will NOT be buying from this company again. It’s obvious they are not based in an “English as first language” speaking country.
