You cant get parts and the company is very rude and unprofessional do not buy go with a company that at the least you can get parts for i had mine for 3 monts and need 5 different parts that i can not get so it becomes useless not worth your money at all

"Broke First Day"
We gave this scooter as a gift to my son on Sunday. Day two, and with less than 6 miles on the scooter, the brake handle broke off completely. Though Gotrax has been communicating with us, we will not have a part to fix it for another 10 days, which we will then need to watch videos on how to install and hope it works. For $500 this is unacceptable and I would never recommend.

"False advertising/poor customer service"
I bought this scooter because, at the time the website said it goes 20 MPH. When the scooter came in it only did 15 mph, which the whole reason I ordered it since I already have a scooter that does 15 MPH. I’m trying to get this problem resolved, but customer service is literally useless, you call the number and they can’t help with anything and just repeatedly say to email, you go to email and I just repeatedly get the same response that this scooter only does 15 MPH, when that’s not what the website said at the time.
Edit, to answer the reply. I showed you the screen recordings that show it said 20 MPH, after I said something about it after purchasing, y’all changed it to 15 MPH. I have the video, I really wish I could post it on here so people could see that the reply is a total lie.

Rose gold hover board stopped working after a week and the seat attachment was missing pieces and looked used. Waste of money esp near Christmas time. Would give 0 stars if I could. It’s an annoying process to return.

My daughter got a gotrax for her birthday on November worse gift ever!!!! It was cold so didn’t get it out of box until Spring break rode it a couple times a few minutes each time then went to charge it and wouldn’t charge contacted the company and they said we was out of warranty but did send a charger said that was the problem. Received the charger still nothing. Contacted the company they said it was the battery after a few messages they sent us a battery, received battery installed as instructed and smoke came from battery and nothing again tried to contact the company and get no reply’s now that they see it’s junk they don’t want to reply

"Lack of customer service"
I am having a very difficult time adding air to a front tire. They don't have a live customer service. You have to send an email. It takes a day for someone to replay via email. They want me to send a video of what's wrong with it. Not the service I would except. I was able to add some air but the extension that they provide does not do its job, but again I am not sure because they don't really answer my question. So to sum up, decent product but no customer service. My son is riding it but the tire doesn't have enough air in a front tire.

"Excellent customer service"
We bought a hoverboard for our son and he loved it. unfortunately it broke after 2 months and couldn't return it at Walmart. I decided to contact Gotrax to see if they actually cover their warranty. They got back to the nect day and asked what the issue was and include a short video of the hoverboard. The next day they sent a ups lable and told us to send it to them for a free replacement. After about a week the new hoverboard was at my house. Gotrax is a stand up company that actually covers their products unlike many other companies.
