"Can't tweak.."
It gets me where I need to go awesomely but what is a major down is you cant do literally nothing to make them faster except buy stuff for it. I'm use to buying toys and tweeking em, I cant really do nothing To this and that blows lol. Literally everything online says e.m.c all over the place to replace for speed and time. Was gonna buy 2 more till I ran into this. Want a faster scoot guess you gotta buy one, cant really mess with these and get the, I did this accomplishments😬 but good if you like cruzin and enjoying rides. Bad if you like bending the rules lol

Got notified that the bike was shipped: got a tracking number.
I got notified that I had asked for a refund - which I did NOT.
I contacted Gotrax. It seems they "shipped" the e bike before anyone found out they had none! Got my money back, but not confidence in this company.

"Shoddy products, agents who lie through their teeth, STAY AWAY"
We purchased a G2 Plus scooter in February. Within a week, it stopped working with an error code E1. We contacted Gotrax and they sent out a replacement console. This fixed the problem for 2 months, and then it stopped working once again, this time error code E2. For the second time they sent out a replacement console (which took 2 weeks to arrive, due to them being "out of stock", resulting in my daughter having to take public transportation to and from school). This one failed after a few days. Since I was well within the warranty period and now had THREE failures on my hands, I chose their option to return the scooter for a full refund.
Upon receiving it, no refund. After waiting 10 days I reached out again. "Jane" from customer service claimed they are unable to refund me because the original credit card with which I had paid, had expired in the meantime (it was automatically replaced by Citibank with a renewed expiration date). She said because of this they cannot refund me and I have to accept a new replacement scooter.
Does this company have ANY ethics at all, not to mention intelligence? Everyone knows that if a credit card is replaced, any refunds or credits are still processed by the credit card company and applied to the replacement card on the account. Do they take their consumers for absolute imbeciles?
I will be filing a dispute on the original transaction.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shoddy products, dishonest customer service, the most unprofessional business ever.

Scooter was great, but the battery life could be even better if it lasted and it doesn’t fold properly, and if it does it clicks and never loosens up. But overall I would definitely recommend.

Gotrax shipped them super fast ready to ride. Opened them Up and they were packaged very well. Took them for about an hour or so ride we couldn’t be happier with the way they are and work. Definitely recommend them, very comfortable easy to ride for anyone or any age and size.

The scooter is great definitely recommend for family and friends although mine was sent with cracks on the back wheel cover where the screws meet the deck that has the brake light indicator and the hook for the fold up we’ll it’s starting to get worse worse the more I ride it so I’m concerned it will effect my riding experience I suggest and extra support on the cover or just metal for the wheel cover other than that there’s nothing else I would change about this scooter it’s literally the best one on the market just hope my warranty covers this situation (:

The scooter broke within the same i got it. It just stopped working. I tried contacting the support team for help. They did send me some videos that were supposed to help me but none of it worked. Thats it! They haven’t offered to send anyone for help or help me exchange the scooter. I have barely used it for 1 time and it stopped working. It might be a defected scooter i dont know what is wrong.

"This bike is great"
This bike is great! I purchased it after an unexpected vehicle issue so that I can get from work and home easily. It shipped fairly quickly! It was super easy to unbox and get together. It basically came put together. I only had to slide in the seat and handle bars and install the peddles. It did come with a small dent but I was given a little refund for the damage. Their customer support is easy to get in contact with and on top of their response time.
The bike itself runs great! It's super intuitive and easy to function.
The fold up capable is great. It is a little difficult to get it folded but it works! I was able to fit it in the trunk of a 4 door sedan style car no problem.
For reference, I'm 4'11" 110lbs and I am able to carry this bike up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment. It's a little bit of a workout for me personally but doesn't seem like it would be for others a little bit taller.
Overall, love this purchase. I've got my boyfriend thinking about ordering one now too.
