I'll tell you what went wrong I got my bike After I have sent you all the money that it takes to buy the bike and I got the bike and the battery was defective and I've been trying trying to get another battery they keep telling me it's on the way and it's been just so long I got the bike two and a half months ago and I still haven't been able to ride it and I can't get anybody to help me out this is the worst company I have ever dealt with this bike is not good at all this company is horrible do not ever buy anything from this company because they do not help you

Bought my daughter a scooter for her birthday. It got delivered on July 14th. We put it together and charged it etc and then it never turned on, Called customer service and they basically said someone will reach out in 3 days, Waited for an email..no actual phone call and they said they could send a new console to try, That took a week so that was delivered on July 26th. Put it together and charged again and the scooter again doesnt even turn on. Reached back out and two days later got a response. I asked for a refund and a shipping label to return the scooter that i no longer want and they told me i was past the 14 day return window. ..... even though the scooter NEVER turned on or worked from day 1. Now a few days later after asking they continue to go back and forth wanting to send me more parts when I have stated several times I want my money back. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER

"Wish I could ride my new bike"

I've had this folding ebike for 2 weeks now, and have only ridden it once. It came with a screw missing, the one that keeps the bike latch from falling out. The latch fell off after my first ride. Riding it is too dangerous without being able to lock it in place. I'm still waiting for 1 replacement screw. Seems like a good bike, but the urgency and follow through in customer service, has really let me down.

I bought a G4. At first, it’s really hard for me to assemble the brake. Then, it’s E4 error and the anti-theft button lock can not be pressed or used. I contacted the customer support but it took them 24 l hours to answer every single simple questions. Very disappointed about the products and customer support

"Nova Pro Hoverboard No Seals"

Bought my 9 year old a gotrax Nova Pro hoverboard, paid about 300 for it. He has used it to go to the park and in front of our house. Well I died today, won’t start won’t boot up just dead. I contact support sent them a video. They said it’s dead and will give me a 40 discount to purchase another if I wanted to do that. Well I opened it up and found that there is no weather stripping to protect the circuit board or battery from any moisture or water. I see sand and grit inside this plastic box, circuit board has a burnt spots. I believe this is the expectation of gotrax, for it to fail and then go buy another. If you plan on spending 300 bucks do yourself a favour and put some weather stripping foam between the seam of the board to protect your investment. We had this less than two years and seldom used. I’m very disappointed in the build quality by gotrax at least they could seal these so they last longer.

"Gotrax G6"

This scooter is awesome. It has nice lights on the sides for looks and functional safety lights front and back. Weight capacity was key. It holds my weight and anyone in my family. The range is amazing giving about 1 hour ride time full throttle with an adult. Speed is accurate at 20 mph. It's easy to fold and put into trunk to go on scenic rides.

Quality is great. Shipping was fast. Cost is reasonable with features provided.

Love having an electric scooter.

I love bicycling, but it's too hot.
It goes 25 mph and at a low battery it goes 15 mph.

The battery could be better but it's not too hard to plug it in after every other use.

Because it's light it does try to kick you in the ankle.

When speeding up it makes a high pitched noise, it's very quiet besides that.

When you release the go button it goes fast for a good while.

YOU HAVE TO LIGHTLY TAP THE BRAKES.

One handle controls both breaks but, I'm still worried about going over the handles.

The handles also are a lot shorter than a Lime scooter.

Still wish electric scooters had a better go button. My thumb gets tired quick.
