Have owned several GoTrax escooters and they are awesome. Just purchased the GX1 EScooter and oh my goodness this scooter is sweet. Very solid build, super fast and is definitely an awesome scooter. This things flies and just feels sturdy on the road and trail. Highly recommend GoTrax if you looking for a great quality ride.

a very disappointing service as the scooter I got, the battery of it is not proper and is defected, after paying so much money I got a defected product, and no one is responding to my complaints as well.

I ordered my sons scooter three times bc the first two times the site thought it was fraud and canceled the ordered. A week after my son finally got his scooter the front wheel popped.

Got a bike with brakes squealing and paint damaged on main stem. Tried multiple times to get gotrax to resolve this but they havent replied after a week and are mostly waiting for 14 day return period to end. Seems like a scam

Update: Product shipped back to Gotrax 28 days ago, no response from them and no refund. Please dont buy, its a scam

Update: Received a trustpilot response 8 months after the incident and 5 months after getting a refund. Gotrax refunded the product after a month and half of mailing them, reason given was we are runnning low on staff for refunds and cust service. I will not be changing my 1 star rating as it took me hell and back to get a refund and the staff was nonexistent. My advice is to get support up and running before selling products

Well here I am on reviews again still waiting for my battery from gotrax it's been 3 weeks since they told me it was coming and I still haven't seen my battery or been able to ride my bike that I bought 3 months ago that I already paid them for still haven't been able to ride my bike absolutely stunned at what's going on with gotrax.my final answer is don't ever buy anything from gotrax because none of them want to help you customer services is unhelpful they just keep putting you in a circle ending up back at the same spot in the dark gotrax put me in the light.sidereal its time to get real.

Horrible customer service. Even when I made a warranty claim, I had the scooter for 2 days. And it threw a E3 and E2 code. Customer service is very rude and unprofessional. Its now been a whole week with no response on a scooter I paid for and can't use. All they tell me is someone will reach out by email. What...are we in the 90s. Come on. Email???? I even called 3x with someone who said they would rush over my claim order now they won't respond or email me back. Don't even think about getting a go trax this experience is horrible.
