"Scooter is alright, support is terrible"
Scooter is alright. I bought the XR elite. Unfortunately, the vibration from the road caused the rear fender to snap. I ordered the XR elite rear fender from the website, but they sent me the GXL fender instead. I sent them an email and received an auto-response that they would get back to me within 72 hours. I called them up instead and Daniel was very willing to help, asked the order number and what was received. He promised that he would speak with the warehouse and that I would receive it early next week (conversation was on Friday). Well, it's Thursday and I decided to follow-up. Daniel told me that Kayla's email superceded our conversation and they are not obligated to let me know. The information requested is absolute. Now I need to wait until 17:30 to get home, take the pics and submit, wait the potential of 72 hours, and then the shipping of the part. NO! You made the mistake and I bought the part, despite the ability that I would be able to move through warranty because I did not stand on it...it broke on it's own. I don't trust them to take care of their consumers properly, let alone trust them to do the right thing. I will be contesting the charge with my CC company, they should've just sent the right part to begin with.
FYI - These are advertised for 17 miles and only last 10 miles. Instead of padding the range with "best case scenario", be realistic. Average: xx Best case: xx Worst case: xx

Spoke with customer service and received two more emails from Gotrax. They want me to prove that I have the XR Elite model before they send my replacement. Customer phone support keeps arguing with me and chewing me out telling me to prove I have what I say I have. I read the bad reviews all over the place saying how terrible this company is. I ordered the correct fender, received the wrong fender, and they want me to prove to them before sending the replacement. Ship the correct part and we will be good, include a return label and I’ll put the extra effort in. Don’t ask me to prove to you I own what I bought a part for. Send me the right part. I even told you I received the part for the GXL V2. I don’t own that! Omg!
At this point, I want a refund for the whole scooter. Worst service I’ve ever encountered. Send me the $350 + tax and a box to return the scooter. Bottom line!

Customer service is truly awful and the company is dishonest. I bought a scooter on August 15 and it worked fine for about a month; until I got a flat tire. Which, in and of itself, should not be a big deal. That SHOULD be something that I could easily fix on my own right? Nope. The screws hold my back tire together were sent to me stripped, meaning I can't get it off. After they drag their feet responding; they tell me I need to try using a stripped screw remover first. Which is annoying, but I order one and wait for it to arrive. Then I try it and of course it doesn't work. Then I wait another two and a half days for them to respond to me. That's when they tell me to take it to a shop and that there is nothing they can do for me because my warranty expired. My 90 day warranty that began in mid-August has somehow managed to expire before November mysteriously. I pointed out that it had not actually been 90 days yet, but of course I can't expect an actual response until next week because they intentionally drag their feet. By the time I get them to do anything it actually will be November 13 and too late.

I received a go, Trax scooter, the screen and scooter would not turn on after about 14 emails in 10 days. I finally got a response asking for a video. I told him I’ve already boxed the scooter up and would like to return it because it did not function, I’m on day 13 and still cannot get a response on how to return the scooter. I bought multiple bikes and scooters from goat tracks and have never had an issue until now. The customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of. I still do not have a resolution on an $1800 scooter that’s boxed up and ready to go. Extremely frustrating I would not recommend using this company in the event of a problem. There is an absolutely no communication with the company.

"TWO MONTHS and no help"
TWO MONTHS and no help! We have spent two months calling and emailing only to have been told over and over that someone would call us and take care of our problems. Two scooters not working...both in warranty...and we can't get to anyone who can solve our problems. Takes 3-5 days for each email reply only for them to ask one more question...then 3-5 more days for another reply. Have called over 10 times and been told someone would call with no call. I just want someone to PICK UP A PHONE and call me. It will take 2 minutes to send us a label and a box to send back for repairs. We were told they were shipping us a wheel...nothing. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Have reported to BBB but still no resolution.
Edit after reply from GoTrax - that is the same number and email we have been talking to…it doesn’t do any good! And now one is out of the warranty period.

"Great e-bikes and scooters"
Great e-bikes and scooters, fun to ride and very reliable for a good price. I got the 26” tundra and I got my wife the F2 20”. I also got the Apex scooter.
Only problem I have is the accessories are not well stocked. I’ve been trying for months to get a rear rack for my tundra e-bike and it’s always out of stock. The F2 came with a rear rack and mounts for a front rack but I don’t see where the sale a front rack for it. The tundra front rack won’t fit the F2 because of the headlight. Otherwise I highly recommend GOTRAX!!

"Battery doesn’t last "
It makes a lot of noise to accelerate which I don’t think its normal since I had another before, and the battery doesn’t last anything. With less than a mile goes from full to 1/2 (All of that within a week using).

I finally got my Gx3 and it is a beast, the way you can customize the settings of the scooter to reach any moment are amazing and it will last forever. the only bad thing, and one of the main reasons i waited for the release of the Gx3, was the range on a charge that says up to 60 miles but in reality is 40 Miles (it actually says that in the manual). it is a pricy scooter and i don't mind paying for it but for what I've been offered

First let me say that I had this shift s bike in my cart but you ordered it anyway. I tried to stop the delivery but couldn't. Now I was told I would have to pay $200 for shipping labels
The bike came with a busted front light that was never wired up. The so called bell won't make sound
It is obvious to me that this company cares very little about the customer

Purchased 2 Electric Scooters in past two weeks. 1 from Target had a broken wheel cover. No response yet on email! Second one purchased directly from GoTrax. UPS returned to GoTrax due to damage. Waiting on replacement Scooter.

Scooter stop working with in 3 weeks, charger or battery is not working property. I reach to customer service for help and they don’t care. They ask me to do a claim and good luck with that. Purchase was don't on their website, I can not imagine is if they purchase was don't via a reta

Furthermore, I received a reply to this review and they are asking me to call their customer service number witch i mentioned on my initial review. This tells me they don’t fully read and review my feedback.
