"Don’t buy!!!! "

We have had this scooter for barely a year and the console already needs to be replaced. My son has ridden it maybe 15 times throughout the year and last week we started receiving an error message “E3”… I contacted Go Trax and was advised we have to purchase another console and it is out of warranty. These scooters are not high quality, go buy one elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

Ordered an EMERGE e-bike from them and never received it. I requested a refund but was told once I receive the bike, I can get a refund. How can I get a refund if I never got a bike?? I was completely scammed by this company. Would not recommend!

"Choosing the G5 was relatively easy"

Choosing the G5 was relatively easy. The specs were available to help decide between versions and they hold up to use on the street so far. Prices are comparable to other companies. Once ordered, it didn't take long for the e-scooter to arrive. The process was pretty seemless.

Would love to review this bike but never received it..In contact currently with customer support whose only answer is "maybe the warehouse ran out" or "maybe it's stuck on a UPS truck" huh? So you don't know if it shipped or if it will? Great business

" 2 GX1 scooters defective upon arrival"

Received 2 GX1 scooters with bent front fenders. Instead of apologizing and offering to replace the defective scooters they said the would send me 2 fenders from their China supplier and I could replace them myself. Scooters were packaged extremely well so this is definitely a quality control issue. Not acceptable & just want them returned but I was told this was a “warranty issue” and you can’t speak to anyone in that department, I have to email all correspondence and it can take 3 days for them to respond. Never again!!


Update 8/19/24…Sent multiple emails, 2k for 2 scooters that don’t work, sued them in court but they refuse to pay. Attorney trying to track down where they do their banking (as soon as I find out I’ll post on here so anyone else who wants to sue can get their money).

"This is obviously not an American…"

This is obviously not an American company. They don't understand that honesty and integrity are an integral part of customer service and standing behind your product and word are what a customer is wanting from a product. I bought one of the EV bikes online and after 5 days and after requesting a tracking number for the bike, they simply canceled and refunded my order. At this point, I would never attempt to deal with this company again.

"I ordered a hooverboard using the same…"

I ordered a hooverboard using the same payment info I do to purchase everything online and for some reason they claimed to have found discrepancies and requested a photo ID to verify. I sent them a photo ID with my license numbere blocked and its been a week with no reply. Messaged 3x over the last week and it hasn't even started shipping. I would like to get a refund but can't even do that.

"Let me start by saying this is my son's…"

Let me start by saying this is my son's second Go Trax scooter. He has had his first one for about 3-4yrs and its been great until recently. My husband upgraded to another scooter bc now he is grown and in college and needs replacement for campus transportation. When received my son who lives 6hrs away said it was way too large for him and it does not fit in his car so he would like to go back to something like his original scooter. Well that's when the fiasco started there has been so much back in forth and bad information given, lack of communication mind you this is a day after my son received it. At one point my husband was told "we'll that's your fault for ordering wrong one" wow! I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the fact that we have to pay over a $100 to have it sent back is ridiculous. I would like to given opportunity for your company to make this right, so that we can purchase a replacement and have a resolution to this unfortunate experience.
