"Box Damaged, Handlebars Missing"

I got this scooter as a Christmas gift for my son. When the box came, it was clearly damages but taped over. I didn't want to open the box and assess what was inside..I had to hide it because it was a gift. On Xmas eve, I opened the box and attempted to assemble the scooter to leave it under the tree. Unfortunately, the box was missing the handlebars, and all I have is a useless scooter that can't be ridden. This was massively disappointing on Christmas. By the way, I need the handlebars.

"Worth it"

After a small delay and lack of communication I received my order. This company has the best electric scooters. We are on our 3rd one. Obviously cost indicates what the quality or performance will be so it’s definitely worth spending money for a better one.

"This is the second scooter we ordered"

This is the second scooter we ordered. The first scooter was received last Christmas 2022 for my granddaughter. The scooter didn’t work from day one. Multiple emails and correspondence with customer service and no resolution. My granddaughter was disappointed without the scooter.
Take two- I ordered a scooter for my granddaughter on Dec 13, 23, was charged the next day. Today is December 26th and the scooter still has yet to be shipped. At this point, I am worried what we will receive if we receive it.

"Terrible customer service"

Terrible customer service. It's been almost a month with no update on shipping. Was told I would get expedited shipping twice in the same week and still waiting on ups carrier update and a reply from gotrax.

After initial technical difficulties, which got resolved with the help of friendly customer service, I am loving this bike, GOTRAX F2. It has plenty of speed, great acceleration power, and the battery seems to last a very long time. I have never even driven it below 3/4th, and I rode 15 miles yesterday. All together I have put 45 miles on it, and I am super pleased with how well it works. Super fun! Thank you, people of GOTRAX, for making a more affordable electric bike that is solid and great quality!

No wonder the Better Business Bureau gave an F to this company.
Zero customer service, deceiving practices and no interest in maintaining a good reputation.
Theres no warranty on any of their products!

"Received the wrong item my first order…"

Received the wrong item my first order even though they were labeled by color somehow still got the wrong color. Sent it back and got a new one which came in a busted box pretty much in bad shape the company offers a cup for the scooters this is my first and last time ordering from this company. Update: the company has reached out to me to fix and rectify the situation I must say it’s nice to know companies actually care about the experience their customers have received. Based on this factor alone I would definitely order from them again I give second chances where they are due and gotrax has gone above and beyond to fix the situation for me and honestly it’s the first company in a long time I’ve experienced that too so much pride in their customer service experiences. Thank you for being so thorough and changing my mind about your organization, special thanks to David he has been great.

Support is lacking and there is a limited knowledge of products.
When I asked for the order specifications for disk brake pads on the Tundra e-bike the response was that because they were oil brakes no brake pads were required. This is not the case.

Got delivered within a week.. I got the G6 and feel it is worth the money cause it is very well built and is of great quality.. my son is happy !!!

I ordered the bike realized within 2 hours that it was too small so emailed a cancellation, returned email said it was cancelled but received it 4 days later. Emails not answered,
Good luck trying to talk to a person.. not happy at all at this time
