Please don't buy from this company, 2 orders with absolutely unacceptable experience - delays in delivery, extremely bad communication, 1 order with incorrect item delivered, unable to replace, offered unacceptable partial refund, very bad customer service, phone lines don't operate, not willing to resolve the replacement, extra costs to customer to send back incorrectly delivered item; unacceptable service and communication. Please don't buy from this company, both products are not high quality. Will return at my own costs and ask for full refund (incorrect item delivered).

"Buyer beware"
Buyer beware! never buy anything from this business they are complete crooks. I wish I had read previous reviews prior to purchasing. I've had the same experience as many others. Our floor protectors have significantly cracked within 2 weeks of purchase. Floormats expect the buyer to ship these large products back to them in Germany for review at the buyers costs with no guarantee of refund or replacement. Even though I have sent them multiple images of the cracks. I am having to write off over £110. Is there really no recourse for a business that behaves in this way?

"AVOID at ALL COSTS"
Bought their premium floor mat for my carpet due to working from home - mat isnt even 3 months old and it has huge cracks in it where the chair wheels are!! have tried numerous times to get in contact with the company but haven't heard anything!
Seems as if this company sells an inferior product and refuses to stand by what they sell! I would AVOID at all costs!!

"Carpet mat cracked, service is a joke"
Very poor carpet mat for home office - cracked with a couple of hours use a day within a month. Now nearing end of life less than 2 months in - and it cost nearly £80.
Customer service is a joke - told to send it to Germany for inspection. I asked would they confirm they would pay for the postage - they didn't even reply.
Avoid this company at all costs - poor products, poor service - poor everything. I'm on the verge of thinking they are actually a scam company.

"This company is terrible to deal with"
This company is terrible to deal with. They shipped me the wrong order in the first instance and when I finally received the product I had ordered, which was less than 8 weeks ago, a floor mat that cost me £57 has already cracked multiple times in different places. When I complained to Floor Mats UK, I was told that I had to ship the item (at my cost) to Germany for product inspection and there was no promise of a replacement. I would strongly advise anyone against buying from this company.

"What a poor company to deal with"
What a poor company to deal with. Purchased one of their carpet chair mats which was supposed to be crack proof, and after a few weeks of use with a standard wheeled office chair, small cracks appeared and have subsequently got bigger. Tried to contact through email, no response, telephone number is a waste of time as there is no response either. Have raised a case through Paypal, but even their offer of compensation was a joke. Now left with a carpet mat which will over time fall to pieces. Not sure how internet companies like this are allowed to trade!!

Wish I'd read Trust Pilot before buying!
I bought a mat from this company a few years ago with no issues.
This time however, they sent the wrong one. You would not think that this would be a big problem, they could just send me the right one and pick the old one up?
No! I must either keep a mat I don't want, with a small refund (23% of the full price) or send the mat back to Germany at my cost for a refund of the full price of the mat, but NO refund for my cost of shipping it back to them!
Either way I will be out of pocket for something which was their mistake, not mine.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
First problem was the mat I ordered (Pro series for carpets) took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it had only been packed in two sheets of cardboard and had picked up a scuff on one side. I complained but got no response. Now after less than a month of use, the mat has cracked in multiple places. Have submitted multiple complaints via their feedback form and tried calling several times (they cut you off), all with zero response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

"NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - Do not use"
Bought a floormat in May this year from this company as needed to protect carpet whilst working from home due to Covid.
Bought a premium pro mat which said it would hold weight up to 1000kg but after 3months, it’s cracked into hundreds of pieces.
Have phoned for advice - no one ever answers - just a message that says ‘your call is important to us and you’re in a queue’ - then it cuts you off. Have sent emails and used the contact form on their website (Which they say they will respond to in 4 hours) but no contact in 2 weeks.
Sham company so please do not use.
