"Worst retail experience I’ve ever had"
LTP - calling a customer a liar without checking your facts first is so unprofessional it’s not even worth the time. Still: Worst retail experience I’ve ever had. still haven’t received my full order (Kask helmet not delivered - refund not given). Order placed and paid in Dec 2019.

"Terrible experience"
Three orders placed, spending $1200 on various items, in Sept and Oct 2020 - as of today, nothing has arrived,
I understand the issues with Covid but these claims of no materials or supplies or staff are contrary to their continued sales and promotions and offers of goods that have 'just been made' and 'available to ship'..
Zips and materials previoulsy unavailable are magically fitted to kit that's suddenley available to purchase but when contacting the company to take those items in place of the ones I originally bought, its met with silence and ignored messages/emails.
Judging from the other reports on here, they simply label this as fake. But I assure you I have every receipt, every email and every message that's been shared with this company.
I have now filed a claim with the Federal Trade Commission, as well as with the California State Attorney General, in the hope of getting my money back..
I only hope that others do not suffer the same fate as I have.

I ordered a kit 2yrs ago, never received it, never got my money back! They finally returned my emails after the 5th one and were rude and very unprofessional. I will never do business with this company again! Don't buy from this company! They just take your money.

I received my new Stealth run shirt and have put in two good runs in this south Texas humid heat. Shirt material is amazing for this heat. Cut is comfortable and spot on for both easy runs and hard efforts.
Looking forward to more color options!

Never received the things I ordered 2 years ago. They would answer my emails and say “it’ll ship next week” and I ordered the items May 2020. They eventually stopped responding. Horrible return/exchange policy. Horrible customer service. I will never order anything from them again.

Customer service is terrible. It’s actually non existent. Orders are over a year late or more and you can’t get ahold of anyone. And they delete other peoples similar complaints on social media. Company is a joke.

Last I bought something from Love the Pain I ordered a jersey and a bib, after one year of been sending mails and trying to talk to someone I just give up. Then one day I just received only the jersey.
Yeah, the quality and designs are good but not their customer services.
How can I make a good review of something I pay and never received!
