"3 Race Suits, 3 Great Experiences"
This is my third suit from Love the Pain and I can say without a doubt, the quality of these suits are second to none. The fabrics are hand selected and hand sewn in the USA. The fit is fantastic and consistent across all three suits, they have been comfortable at all distances from sprint to long course. The chamois Love the Pain uses is EXTREMELY comfortable on the bike, and all but disappears when running. The neck is nice and wide, I've never had any chafing issues. Another thoughtful addition to the suit is on the leg grippers, where inside the legs the fabric is the nice, soft, and pleasant while running.
It is important to note, these are HAND made, bespoke, completely customer suits. They are works of art that perform. Because of that, it will typically take at least two weeks to receive them. I can assure you, they are absolutely worth the wait.

"Do As I Say, Not As I Do (avoid Love The Pain - You're Welcome)"
On June 11 of this year, I ordered a cycling jersey and matching bibs. I understood it would be at least a month before receiving the items because 1) items are made to order and 2) many companies are facing supply chain issues. On July 13, I received an email stating my order was in production. The bibs arrived July 23. They fit great but the colors aren't as bright as shown on the website. The silver lining is that I have a jersey from another kit that is a perfect match to the bibs. Since the matching jersey was not included in the shipment, I checked the email that states, "View Your Order." The order information stated about the jersey, "We are currently preparing these items for shipment." Here we are, two months after placing the first order and one month after receiving the bibs, and I am still waiting on the matching jersey that was supposedly being prepared for shipment the week of July 23. I did receive an email the week of Aug. 13 stating the jersey was in production and they expected to ship in 2-3 days. I think this is part of the scam. It’s two weeks later: still no jersey. So if it was being prepared for shipment the week of July 23, why was it “in production” the week of Aug. 13? Other companies, by contrast, have no trouble fulfilling orders, despite supply chain issues. In addition to failing to fulfill orders, the customer service from Love the Pain is the worst. Most of the time, customers don't receive a response. And in some cases when a response is provided, it is defensive as the response to some of the reviews here illustrate. While Love the Pain fails to fulfill orders, the company still sends out emails offering deep discounts. This business practice has led me to believe Love the Pain may be a foreign (i.e., not USA-based) company set up to scam customers (speaking from experience with another foreign company). The website states the company is located in California. But let’s face it: people can put whatever they want on a website. Unfortunately, the deep discounts enticed me to order two aerosuits because I had not yet concluded that the company might be a fraud. I've filed disputes about all three orders and expect to receive a full refund for the orders that have not been fulfilled. Lesson learned. There are a couple of adages that fit this experience: "Let the Buyer Beware" and "If Something Sounds Too Good To Be True, It Probably Is" My advice: unless you love the pain, save yourself the pain, the aggravation, and your money: shop somewhere else.
Reply to their reply: Love The Pain's other trick is to make it sound like they've done their customer a huge favor by shipping part of an order. The facts are as stated above: the jersey was shown as preparing for shipment the week of July 23. A CSR from Love the Pain emailed the week of Aug. 13 stating the jersey was "in production" and would ship in 2-3 business days. Today is Aug. 24, two weeks later, and still no jersey. Again, why was it "in production" Aug. 13 when it supposedly was "being prepared for shipment" July 23? Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? And this is just the jersey. I didn't even write about all the contacts I made concerning the other orders. Nice try, but sorry, Love the Pain, you can't blame customers for your poor business practices.

"I ordered the “New Eagle” American Flag…"
I ordered the “New Eagle” American Flag style kit a while back. It took time to arrive, but was totally worth the wait. I’ve used it in duathlons, and triathlons and love it. The fabric is thin, and highly breathable so thermoregulation isn’t impaired and of course, it’s very stylish. The attention to detail is also top notch. At every race I wear it, people ask me where I got it because they want one too.
You’re definitely making a statement when you step into these fine, performance driven garments. So be ready to drop the hammer, and look rad while doing it.
It’s the best tri outfit I own. Love it.

"Amazing customer service"
Amazing customer service. Been wanting to purchase a cycling kit from their catalog for over a year or more. Finally made the decision and chatted online with their customer service agent. Not only did they find what I wanted but they hooked me up with a sweet discount to sweeten the deal. Looking forward to my kit and more goodies from Love The Pain.

"SCAM! Worst purchase ever. Not what I ordered"
Not what I ordered. This was the worst purchase I have ever made. This seller is a scam and should be banned from making transactions. Look at the difference! I can’t stop laughing. This is such a scam and when I reached out to support they said they can change the product at any time without notice. He just responded with a false claim. My product was NOT SHIPPED RIGHT AWAY NOR DID I RECEIVE A BETTER PRODUCT. I wish I could upload pictures. This guy is a joke and has a lot of people feeling helpless when purchasing his fake items.
