"Did not receive product"

Did not receive product, only review. Contacted support, did not receive a reply.

Update:

Sequence:

1 placed order.
2 Placed a second order.
3 receive email saying order was being made.
4 email saying order was on it's way.
5 One week later order not shipped.
6 inquired with support. No answer.
7 email to review my order. Reviewed- not good don't have a product or response from support. True at time of review request.

1 week later receive one of two. 1 hr after receipt Mr Small America Business jumps to action - writes whiny response to this review. Still no response from support. No update on 2nd item. No refunds -Mr Whiny Small Business happy but customer not.

Great product! Well worth the wait. I love that it is a small company and the products are made here in the U.S. Ben and his small team put thought and care into each piece. I appreciate the fact that I can show up to a race and know that most likely no one else is going to have the same race kit on. I have races short races and a 70.3 and it has outperformed any other kit I’ve had.

Absolutely the best quality gear I have ever used in endurance. I’ve been age-group racing and coach since 2006. LTP gear is second to none. From the Blackout run jersey to their cycling bibs. Got to mention the designs. Unique and creative. Stand out and race strong! More than worth the wait.

"Small company service. Great quality"

Small company. No way to call anyone. They responded quickly to the chat. Was helpful with me for sizing questions and for helping me get my name on the jersey. Ordered a two piece tri kit set. The shorts shipped very quickly and got them in about a week. The Jersey took about 4 weeks due to a zipper supply chain issue. They were communicative on this and i wasnt in a rush. Assuming if they had the zipper it would have shipped with the shorts. Everything got here satisfactorily.
Updated review… been wearing the kit for a month+. Just finished 70.3 Worlds. Kit performed very well. Jersey is long enough in the rear and No creeping up. Whatever it is with how the chamois is cut I get zero chafing and no bunching. Only one in this kit so my wife could easily pick me out of the crowd.

Will never order from here again! It took them over a year to send me my bib! After numerous emails they finally did! This not a fake review!!! Why would I lie?!?!? THIS IS NOT FAKE!!!! If I could upload a picture, you can see I’m telling the truth! Don’t order from this company

Still didn't receive my goods since December 2019 - nor I got money back around 400 $!!! Such a scam company....

2023 - still didnt receive my bike clothes - i should have let my bank return the money efter 1 month. I can upload the receipt from my bank - so not a fake review. Their answer just show how difficult it is to talk to them 🤦🏻‍♀️

Try to have an answer about my orders and I've never received any. It is been more than 2 months waiting for more than 4 orders. Pay more than a $1000 and nothing. I understand the current situation but at least give me an estimate of when they are going to ship my orders. High quality products but the service, there is no service, only a computer. Think twice if you want to order something, you will wait 4 ever.
