"Absolutely terrible."

Customer service is almost non-existent. Sure, they'll answer you right away if you have a question about placing an order. But once you've given them your money, don't expect to hear much from them. It took 2 weeks, 5 emails, and 10 attempts at contacting via website chat before I got a response. However, if you search this business on the California BBB, you will see they seem to respond rather quickly to people over there. Terrible service, terrible product.

I’m so glad I reached out to Love The Pain directly! Their customer service was prompt, kind and extremely helpful. They even helped me why sizing when I couldn’t find any tape measure. I cannot wait to get my new bibs and am grateful to Love The Pain for the awesome experience:)

"The products are great but the customer…"

The products are great but the customer service is awful!!! I’m still waiting on a tee shirt from an order I placed in May 2020 of last year! They take at least a week, if you’re lucky, to respond to emails. They use the excuse of Covid issues, which is understandable, but then it’s even more important to communicate with your customers. I will never order from them again because it’s too much of a pain to get the products you order.

"10month and no order"

Ordered over 10months ago and still nothing. Every time I request an update I get either “it’s currently in production” or “your shipment was lost”. Cool looking gear, pity I don’t think it’s actually real.

"If I could I would give you Zero stars"

If I could I would give you Zero stars. You are by far the worst company I EVER had to deal with. Lost my order , you do not follow up on anything. You do not answer email or phone calls. I ordered three Items in September of 2020 and have only received I item thus far. No Urgency , no professionalism, Literally have never seen this before and you charge a lot for your stuff.

NEVER AGAIN !!

BTW, please finally send me my two outstanding items

"Non-Responsive"

I submitted and paid for my order on 11/27/2020, with the expectation and understanding that I’d have to wait as long as 12 weeks for my order to arrive. The website says 9-12 weeks. I figured ordering ONE item at first wouldn’t be that difficult, and if I liked it during the next riding season I could then order more kit.

Once the 12-week mark came and went (in February), I have checked-in numerous times about the status and shipment of my order. The order I placed 27 weeks ago. I have received only excuses or silence in reply. First, they said it shipped (no tracking number was sent) but lost in transit. Then, it was 2-3 weeks from being ready. Then, after another several weeks passed with no update, I checked in and suddenly there were delays on chamois deliveries from Italy. Then, no response at all to my last message.

I have no issue waiting for custom kit. It’s not even the fact that it’s been 27 weeks (double what the website advertised) and I haven’t gotten what I paid for. It’s the excuses and the poor/nonexistent communication when I contact them. If they’d told me I was way back in line, and that it’d be another few months - that might have even been acceptable.

What a colossal disappointment LTP has been.
