Reading through FB, insta and the better business bureau it's clear you guys have lost all respect for paying customers. The lies you use to reply to complaints on the BBB.org page are beyond unbelievable. Customers waiting 3-24 months on orders and you blame postal service, covid and technical errors. If the customer is lucky enough to actually receive his order he needs to cross his/her fingers to receive the proper size, your sizes are so off from one item to the other it's hideous. Then you send customers DHL tracking numbers but don't mail off the parcel, seriously? Someone has to take you, scammers, out of business, and quick.

If I could rate 0 star, I would. DO NOT buy from this "brand". Placed and paid for my order in Nov'2020 but every time I asked about delivery date, they deflected and gave thousand and one excuses. Now they don't even bother to reply. Dishonest and totally not trustworthy.

Do not buy from this site. Ordered in Feb'21 despite all the horror reviews from the web. Now its 22May and still nothing. Demanded for a refund, get some fake ticket system full of excuses. Now they are not even replying. Buyers beware. Reeks of fraud and scam this company.

"I placed an order, paid and never heard about it"
I placed an order over 300$ nearly three month ago. I was told that the delivery to Europe will take place in about 6-8 weeks. Since then I never heard from the company about any delivery problems. I wrote meanwhile 2 mails and never got a response. Worst communication I ever had. Really would like to receive my order or to be refunded. I normally buy almost everything online -also overseas- and I am used to wait for it some weeks, but never experienced such a bad customer service. Does leave a fraudulent impression...

Reading through the reviews here and Love The Pains delusional replies is more than painful. How can one single company owner like Ben Haas be such a liar and scammer. The excuse that everything is made by hand is not valid you thief, if it was so then why do you send promo emails saying that old designs have to go and make space for new designs? Why do you keep sending one 50% promo email after the other when you can't even keep up with existing order? I tell you why, cause you are damn broke or a bloody scammer ripping people from around the world off. 60% bad reviews and you still think people are making all this up, go check their Facebook their insta random posts with multiple bad comments - the fact that you still exists is mind boggling.

Waited 18 months for garment; had probably sent 20 emails in the interim and wrong garment arrived....18 months later!!
I wish it were not true. I ordered my product in December 2019. I emailed LTP many times since then and reaffirmed my order. It just arrived two days ago and was the wrong order. I suggest the Company own it’s shortcomings and work to address them rather than respite to childish name-calling. I’ve saved every single email with LTP since my order 18 months ago so I would caution against attacking your customer.

"Customer service was the worst I have…"
Customer service was the worst I have ever had experienced. My order took over 8months to receive. After waiting 2 months for my order I contacted customer service to inquire about my order. CS told me that there were supply issues and COVID had prevented employees from working. This is understandable. After 4 months of waiting on my order, I contacted CS again and I was told that the good news is that employees are working and my order should be ready to ship in a few weeks. Great! After about 5months of waiting, I contacted CS again but CS stopped responding to my inquiries and all inquiries thereafter. If the company could just communicate and let me know why there is a delay I may be upset but I would have probably understood and would still have the expectation that I would receive my order. The lack of response from CS lead me to believe that my money was gone and I had no expectation that I would actually receive anything from Love The Pain. Unfortunately, I like the clothes but I will never buy anything from this company again and if anyone asks me about my clothing I will actively discourage them from patronizing this company.
As you can see, Love the Pain's response to my review is exactly what I mean by horrible customer service. Somehow it is my fault that I am unhappy that it took over 8 months to receive my order. I expected delays and was understanding about the delays but became annoyed when CS stopped responding to my inquiries. The delivery times stated on the webpage lead you to believe that your order may take weeks to one or two months not over 8 months. This is clearly a lack of managing customer expectations. If you take a quick search for reviews of Love the Pain you will see a plethora of reviews similar to mine.

Edit: Love the Pain wrote that this is „fake reviews”. Well, I have screenshots of the order (placed in November 2020) and also sevaral answers from Love the Pain stating that it would be sent “next week”, which never happened. I also have never received any tracking number.
