"No delivery within 4 months."

I placed two orders in, Jan und Feb, in sum 740$. Until today, mid-may, nothing is delivered. My eMails to customer service are unanswered or answered after weeks. 6 weeks ago, they said, my products are now in production and that I receive a tracking number "soon".

I am happy to get an answer from Love The Pain (see below). But it's just not true that I received the first order. I don't know why they are writing such nonsense.

"Get used to Loving the Pain as pain is what this company brings."

If only I could give no stars. Love the Pain will only bring you Pain.

I placed an order on 6 March for the amount of $420 USD - however as I’m in Australia with the exchange rate this is $550 AUD. I had a race that I wanted the kit for so sent a follow up email and received this response from Painhunter3

On 23 March - “ we apologise for this delay and inconvenience but we have been negatively affected by COVID-19. We are now back to full staff and scheduling all orders for production. We have been working as fast as we can to make sure we deliver everything. As soon as we ship it you will get an email with the tracking number..”

Since this time I have sent further follow up emails and have received no response at all. Not only that but they have blocked me on Instagram - for no reason other than politely requesting someone contact me regarding my order. To add insult to this situation I continue to receive marketing emails from them clearly promoting the sale of goods that they simply will not deliver. Clearly their strategy is to use pro athletes to promote their products and then take advantage of the everyday consumer. As this company has failed in every way under consumer law, I am reaching out directly to the athletes who promote this product on Instagram to let them know that this company is a scam and that innocent people are losing money and that by their continued promotion of the product they are enabling this company to profit through scem.

I would dearly love to either a) receive the products I ordered or b) get a full refund.

I understand the impact of COVID-19 on small business however it’s not the only one impacted by COVID-19 - I work for a major global airline and have been a furloughed worker for over a year now - so I could certainly do with that $550 back in the bank.

The actions of Love the Pain are unethical and illegal. If you place an order be aware you will lose out.

UPDATE 21MAY21: regarding the LTP response to this review - no email correspondence has been received from this company at all. The order amount in USD was $420 which in AUD is $550 which is what I paid. It was for a jersey and 6 caps - not one cap per their reply.

UPDATE 25JUNE21 : Although Love the Pain replied on 21 May 21 and said that my order was shipping “next week” - my order has not been shipped or delivered. Honestly - anyone who is thinking about buying anything from this vendor DO NOT!!

UPDATE Nov 7 2021- it has been 9 months since I placed my order and still have not received my items. 9 months!!! Love the Pain is a SCAM!!!

"I sure wish I would have looked up…"

I sure wish I would have looked up reviews prior to ordering. What they are doing is illegal in the US. I’ve messaged and emailed multiple times with zero response. I’m going to the BBB Monday. It seems they like to send their influencers freebies all the time yet those of us that have put out big hard earned dollars wait and wait and wait. Oh and your “terms” on the website seem to continue to change as the complaints roll in. My order # is LTP13347. I will be filing a legal claim. ** I am adding on to this since Love the Pains reply to disparage my review saying that my order is new and almost complete. I ordered over 10 weeks ago and that still does not change the fact that they have never responded to an email or a chat that I have sent. I have no agenda other than receiving the goods that I paid my hard earned money for in a reasonable amount of time and even AVERAGE customer service would be to reply to your customers when they reach out to you with questions. I just don’t even understand your reply as you think we are out to get you? I sincerely love your product and had heard great things about the performance. If you were honest and cared about the clients spending money with you and simply kept people in the honest loop of what is going on you wouldn’t have 100’s of bad reviews.
I will even go as far to say that if you were to actually reach out and give even the slightest expectation of customer care that was backed up by as promised delivery..I will delete this and write a glowing review. The last thing I want to do is take the time and emotion to take this legal.

"I’m obsessed with the kit I ordered"

I’m obsessed with the kit I ordered. In love! My Ironman is May 23rd and I have my heart set on racing in it. Love The Pain has taken longer than expected to create and ship. However, they are working with me to get it to me on time. I appreciate their help and can’t wait to get my kit!

"If there were negative amount of stars…"

If there were negative amount of stars to select~~> it would be fitting. I have been asking about the order I placed in Feb —- the response has been I will see it in 7-10 business days. This last inquiry was 30 days ago.
My order number is #LTP13076.
I support small businesses and have been patient especially during this pandemic—— but this is extreme. Please refund my credit card.

"Don't get robbed"

I placed my order on September 15th, 2020 for two bicycle bib shorts size xl. My order number is #LTP
11955. I paid for my order with a credit card and it was charged the same day with the amount of $174,47.
Since then I wrote to Pain Hunter 3 (Love The Pain) trying to
resolve the problem of not receiving my shipment. Here are some of the answers that I have received: Apr
26, 2021, 10:52 PDT - Your order is finishing sowing production Mar 16, 2021, 7:18 PDT - Your order will be
shipped on Monday Jan 22, 2021, 12:26 PST - Your bibs did not pass quality check and had to be remade
Dec 22, 2020, 14:37 PST - Your bibs are almost complete Dec 9, 2020, 12:31 PST - We are currently working
hard on your bibs. We had a quality assessment problem .... My order remains unfulfilled and they have
stopped responding to my emails (have double checked trash emails and spam :) )

"Australia's beware"

Australia's beware! I ordered in Jan 2020 and been refused a refund for over $1,000 spent on items. I was forced to order a kit from Wattie Ink who are also based in the US who shipped a new kit for me within 7 business days for my ironman event. Still to this day no refund and no gear. Love the pain are beyond useless and borderline fraudulent, however 5 stars for Wattie Ink!

"The absolute worst of the worst"

This absolute joke of a company really doesn't even qualify for 1 star but we can't give them zero or that applicable amount of negative stars.

They're without a doubt a fraud and will not deliver your products. They will forever be "shipping later this week" or "responding by tomorrow"

6 months after my order was placed they finally stopped responding to emails so I am in the process of talking with my bank to get a forced charge back started. Apparently Love The Pain thinks they don't need to follow the laws put in place by the Federal Trade Commission "By law, a seller should ship your order within the time stated in its ads or over the phone. If the seller doesn’t promise a time, you can expect it to ship your order within 30 days.

The shipment “clock” begins when the seller receives a “properly completed order.” That includes your name, address and payment (check, money order or authorization to charge an existing credit account — whether the account is charged at that time or not).

If the seller doesn’t promise a shipping time, and you are applying for credit to pay for your purchase, the seller has an additional 20 days (50 days total) to establish the account and ship the merchandise."

For anyone looking to purchase from this company I would suggest throwing the money you planned on using for your purchase in your fire pit. At least you will get some form of return on that investment as the flames will give you some warmth for a few seconds which is a lifetime more use than you will get from products that you will never receive.

"LTP 10787 ordered May 2020 and still…"

LTP 10787 ordered May 2020 and still haven’t received. I understand the delays due to challenges, yet the multiple excuses as to the countless delays and failed business correspondence/communication. Have left me with few options. Im still holding on to hope that items will eventually arrive. Disappointed in business and services they provide...
