"The DPD failed to deliver"

The DPD failed to deliver, although I was in, and they dumped them at the local Coop, and left a card with a QR code and number. They could not scan it, because they had to use my phone, but I did not have it with me, and I would not be happy leaving it out of my sight. They are now just useless in this area has well.

"Absolutely rubbish"

Absolutely rubbish. Wrong. much cheaper items delivered. This has happened twice since June. No refund....requesting pics of delivered item...then no reply. Total scam. Stick with Tesco or Asda.

Val Doyle co op app not working keeps removing shopping from my basket and won’t let me set a delivery date it was fine until you changed it to the new app it an absolute waste of time

We have a local co op down the road which we need to use due to living so rural. The prices are more expensive than Waitrose, they rip you off with weights on items which are on offer. I do not trust them at all. They are ripping everyone off just to make a profit. I’ll be doing more shopping on line now. Fook em!

"Rude cashier"

We went to your store on bowling Green lane bedworth in August got what we wanted but when we went to pay there was no one at the till another lady also needed to be served by a cashier so she went to find one we'll we had the most rudest staff member ever ,she definitely didn't want yo be working there on a Sunday afternoon, and we also were told that if there is no one there then use the self service not helpful when you are requesting an alcoholic bottle behind the till I have told all my friends and family not to use your store and I am now shopping elsewhere and I would be in your shop 2 to 3 times a week you won't be getting my custom at all anymore

"So unorganised"

So unorganised, nearly every time I go in for a members offer someone goes wrong.
I ordered a click and collect as it said on the app took my money and also 10% extra that they said was for in case they had to substitute for a similar item.
Drove 8 miles there and they said they don’t get the message through so he would hand pick it.
When he went to do this they only had half of the order
So called the co op which said they don’t give compensation ie a voucher or something and it would take 4/5 days for my money to be returned.
She also said she would put in a complaint after i asked but would not hear anything back as it was internal.
So a waste of time also 16 miles round trip and have to wait for my money to be refunded, absolutely terrible customer service you have only got to look at other reviews to see what I mean.

"Our members have a say in how we're run" RUBBISH. It is almost impossible to get any kind of answer from the Co Op, even regarding issues of safety. Their new store in Burry Port has design faults that make it more likely you'll slip over and they're refusing to tell anyone, even the county council, what their intentions are with their old store which is a blot on the landscape. The new store has blocked the sea view for many residents and apart from being unsafe, is cold and impersonal with an over reliance on self checkout - not good for a seaside town with an elderly population.

Just used the quick home delivery service from Co-op in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis. Superfast. Very polite courier. Thank you.

"Expired offer"

I had been very happy with this store but today I was rather inconvenienced. There looked like there was a members offer for blueberries at £2 instead of £2.50. I took it to self service counter to pay and was surprised the full price was showing also at a staffed till. When I returned the product to the shelf, I noticed it was an expired offer from August so they hadn't removed it. In the old days at other supermarkets when a mistake like this was made, I used to get the product for the price advertised but I guess Co-op are different. So I recommend customers check the offers very carefully
