"Longniddry Co-op"

Every time i go to the coop in longniddry there is one particular member of staff (her name is Mandy I believe) who is so unbelievably rude, the other day she waved us over while talking through her headset not even a hello or anything! This isn’t the first time this has happened, anytime I have been served by her she usually makes zero conversation what so ever and usually looks like she doesn’t want to serve you and as I say, she is usually having a conversation through her headset when serving. I have had multiple bad experiences with this particular staff member but all the other staff members are lovely, it’s a shame for one person to completely ruin this. It’s actually hit a point where I would much rather drive to another shop 15 minutes away than have to go to my local shop and deal with this person as it is such a horrible experience in store, the way she acts makes you feel like you shouldn’t be in the shop 😬 Usually I would never put reviews but I think this had to be said eventually!

"Romford home delivery is shocking"

Romford home delivery is shocking. Apart from having hardly anything in stock EVER the prices are ridiculous. This company does exploit the cost of living crisis. I have missing items I've paid for and the dates on items are almost gone. All supermarkets are shocking on date's now. When you think you they have no stock availability you'd expect fresh products with at least a weeks life on them instead I get on the day date's or the day afterwards. Not good considering they advertise for feeding those that can't feed themselves and expect you to donate to their cause. Everything on line is getting really bad now. No customer care noone being held accountable. Let the chimpanzee lose in an enclosure they just get up to no good. Things will only get worse unfortunately.

A member of staff at my local co-operative food is always unwelcoming towards me, for reasons that only she knows. I find her behaviour intimidating and unprofessional.

We popped in for a few bits tonight, but struggled to find what we were looking for.
As always, Michelle went above and beyond to assist us.
She's a genuinely lovely warm person and is happy to help.
She's an excellent member of the Coop family

"Returning an order using my local con…"

Returning an order using my local coop using collect plus only to be told they have ran out of labels and will take a long time to get more in ? So I drove to another co op only to be told they have no labels either ! So annoying .

"Awful online experience. Won't use again"

I ordered products online especially as I urgently needed nappies and baby food as well as snacks for my daughter to take to school. They promised to deliver between 8 and 9 pm. Did they deliver my items. Nope. Its 10.25 and the kids are in bed and I can't go to the shops now. Absolutely awful experience. They did not even bother to call. Don't buy their online crap

I was not rushed in any way and given time to choose the right accounts for me. All my questions were answered well so that I understood which accounts to choose. I have been with the co-op for many years and have always found the staff welcoming and friendly. I think accounts on offer suit my needs perfectly and I have no intention of looking elsewhere. I see the same person each time I visit and this gives me the confidence to stay with the Co-op and the deals there are on offer.

"Rubbish customers Service"

Had trouble with redeeming offers emailed twice to Coop still no response tried telephoning you get through then system closes down. This has been going on for weeks now,

Co op, Market Street, Penkridge. Will not be shopping at this store again! The advertised prices shown on the shelves are not the same prices charged at the till. Receipts are screwed up by the assistant before you can even check. Short changed in cash also.
