"Shocking prices how dare you"

Shocking prices how dare you. I am sick in bed with flu and needed cat food. £9.76 on Uber eats for a 12 pack your having a laugh! So immoral.

"Do not use the delivery service"

I used the delivery service for the first time recently. Firstly, the shopping was left on my doorstep without me knowing. I only found out, because when it has gone past the time of the delivery slot, I checked my emails telling me that me groceries had been delivered! The shopping could have easily been stolen. Secondly the bananas were turning black and obviously past their best and is baffling how someone would think that they were fit to be delivered! I then tried to contact co op for a refund, which wasn't easy, but sent the form/email which said I would have a refund in 3-5 days and surprisingly I have received nothing. Not at all impressed and won't be ordering from them again. To add insult to injury, I had to pay for the delivery slot! Not a good service at all.

The co op at Wharton winsford couldn't give me any of what I ordered online and I paid for. The Co op are ignoring my messages and haven't refunded me, I'm a single mum of two and very unhappy about this. How can they get away with taking peoples money and not returning it!

"Prices are discusting"

Prices are discusting. Can't imagine how much food waste they must have. Even the reduced food is barely reduced. Nice to know they support the crisis of lack of food down to prices rising. Greedy company that doesn't value customers only money

"For too Overpriced"

£2.00 for a tin of Chappie Dog Food today, roughly £1.35 in major supermarkets. Only bought as I had run out & to last until I can get to one of those.
Most other items overpriced with damaged packaging & dented tins. From now on will avoid using unless its eat or Starve.

"Packaging is wrong"

Bought a sausage, bean and cheese slice and got given a plain, tasteless steak bake. Was looking forward to eating my slice but am extremely disappointed as they pack all their stuff in the wrong packaging and causes false hope. Not only this I am disappointed but this felony could be extremely dangerous to those who may be allergic to some ingredients that are wrongfully packaged. Very disappointed in you coop in Cardiff. Thought you were better than this.

"of date milkshake"

i bought a milkshake (shaken udder) from the co op on the 28th January and chrcked the expairy date as it was a little clump in it that i got in the first sip turns out the expiate date was the 4th of January ( i have picture proof)

"Could be so much better"

I always use my local Co op in Swinton, it is usually well stocked, fresh meat, fish and veg, prices are gone up a bit, but its the same everywhere at present. What I like is it does have most items I go in for, so its quicker than going to a big supermarket. For me its close and easy parking, I can also get cash if I need and drop my parcels off too. I use it a few times a week. However the customer service experience in this branch is varied, depending on the staff on duty, there are 2 very helpful staff in the shop, one guy who fills up the wine and drinks area is very knowledgeable and can advise me when needed and always has a friendly manner, and another guy on the customer service desk, he is efficient, always says hello and is chatty to all his customers even if he has a queue. I always hope they are on duty when I shop, it brightens my day, especially when you are popping in from work. Its nice to be greeted by professional's who can suggest good products and help me if I am in a rush and just have the odd question, I just prefer not to have to interrupt staff in groups chatting loudly and being negative about the company they work for, it makes me feel uncomfortable, if they don't like working there, why stay? its disrespectful and certainly spoils my shopping experience. Personally I don't mind paying a little extra to shop locally for convenience and to help my community, (their community) however good customer service is tops for me, it could be better.
