"Placed a order waited in yesterday for…"
Placed a order waited in yesterday for it not to arrive. Got a email today saying it’s been cancelled. Not informative, no communication until the next day wasted my day sitting in. Wouldn’t order again from company or shop.

"Unbelievable experience!!"
Unbelievable experience!!! Is basically the worst company to buy food online with!!!! Everytime there is a mistake or lateness!
Today I made an order online as im in smart working to be delivered between 2 and 3pm, I spent 41 gbp. At 2pm I received a call and omg I was so surprised was on time. I went down, and tre driver was playing on the phone so I needed to knock to his window and asking "are you coop driver?" And he said "yes are you bianca?" Amd I said yes so he opened the door and stepped out saying "wait I need your date of birth and to make a picture"so I let him do the picture and he goes away and I came upstairs to my house. As I stepped in my house I checked the bag and there was another name on it, I opened and there were 4 items amd the total value of the shopping was about 10 pounds or less as they were just chocolate (and im diabetic so unusable). I started to fill all the complain form possible, I tried to phonecall the store Coop in Larklane liverpool to try to get the tel no of the driver cause it was passed just 5 minutes so I still could swap, but nobody picked up the phone. I sent a lot of email to coop, now is 10pm and still no one reached me òut! I tried to call the customer service number and the automated voice said I should wait 1 h for my place in queue to speak with some one so I decided to wait, doesn't matter, but after 40 minutes on hold waiting the escalation they close my call. I retried to recall and I should wait another 1h and 10 min, so I gave up! At 5 I called another store online of another brand to buy what I was needing! So I ended up spending a tot of 80 gbp today for 36 gbp of shopping!!!! Unbelievable until now 10 pm nobody still contacted me!
ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH !
I filled up a request of a refund and If I will not receive any reply i will go for legal actions as I have all the proof I need and definitely I will NEVER buy anymore from coop online anymore! Is absolutely the WORST experience ever!!!!

"WARNING - UNETHICAL PROFITEERING"
WARNING - I was seriously overcharged for a product and CO-OP are unable or unwilling to help, which makes me feel like CO-OP are profiteering off struggling families. The store assistant said she couldn’t do anything about it as the computer came up with that price. I called customer service, where a pre-recorded message told me to go online. The website does not allow you to enter anything on the complaints page. Instead, I filled in a form to raise an issue about the product. I got a message saying the form failed when I tried to submit. I called the customer service number again – it asked me to enter my mobile number, then cut me off. There is no way to address my concern. If you have experienced the same, please don't let CO-OP continue to do this. It's unethical and hurting people.

"Amazingly bad, Standish branch"
The Standish branch in Wigan is amazingly bad, the male members of staff are ignorant and have no basic manners, customer service is zero and it's that bad and like to try and bully elderly people, would love to see them try it with me!

"Avoid if you need the items and using your last money"
Wish I'd read the reviews first. Ordered a delivery it never arrived no phone call email anything. They need a better system in place so that money is not taken until the shop confirm the order has been picked and ready for delivery. Customer service couldn't help as they couldn't contact the store as it was consistently engaged. They cancelled the order for me but thats 5 days to wait for my money to go back in my bank. Not great if it was someone's last money for essentials.

"DPD drop off point don't want people to drop off parcels. Coop Kiveton Park S26 6QU."
Coop Kiveton Park S26 6QU.
DPD drop off point don't want people to drop off parcels. I went to Kiveton Park Coop Sheffield to drop off 12 sending out parcels on 2 Feb 2023 at 11:20am, it was the fourth times I drop off parcels there at the back door. Two lady staffs with pulled faces came out and asked me why I brought parcels to this back door. As I have been told by one of the staff there before that back door was the DPD parcels drop off point and I had done it few times at the same spot before without any problems. I didn't know how many back doors there as I have never worked there before, and I have only found one door round the back. One of the lady staff named Dee claimed to be the manager there, she told me the back door was inside the shop, I need to take my parcels one by one through the shop front door if I want to send parcels in the future. Dee then asked me twice with a bad attitude why I didn't ask DPD to collect the parcels from home. There were two reasons why I didn't ask DPD to collect the parcels from home was that firstly, the drop off service was cheaper than the collection service and secondly, I didn't have to wait at home for DPD driver to come round. I thought that's the main reason why DPD or other parcel sending companies set up drop off point service at supermarkets. I then asked Dee that were I not welcomed to drop off parcels there, but she didn't answer me. She then kept showing her pulled face all the way. Question is why you (Coop) agreed and set up a drop off point service at the first place with DPD if you don't even want people to bring parcels to you and make you do extra work. Finally, the shop manager Dee didn't even know how to use the parcel scanner and I wondered why a staff with bad attitude like that could become the manager there. My family and I are regular shoppers at Coop Kiveton Park Sheffield, and I think I will not go there anymore as this bad experience put me off from shopping there. I know Coop wouldn't do anything about this complaint. Just want to tell people about my experience.
