"More expensive than Fortnum & Mason"

Co op has been my go to shop for convenience. I love the co op ethos. But what I don't love is prices that are more expensive than Fortnum & Mason. I don't know what's happened. Some things have gone up crazy ammounts. Pork belly for example is £13 per kilo. It used to be £3 sometjing a kilo. This is more than double as expensive as waitrose and the same price as Harods. I don't know who they think they are. The shop is run down and it's not worth it anymore. (Farnborough cove)

"Never use the co-op house insurance…"

Never use the co-op house insurance they are rubbish and uncaring regarding my mother's passing and the many mistakes they make.

They say they will have a manager ring you back but they do not sort the problems out regarding the payment owed. And when they are asked to send the total for the amount owed they send( (affinity Ins Sols Ltd) the bully boys, Also Co-op said this has been stopped but I received an email demanding payment!!! today. The Co-op failed to communicate to the Solicitors as asked to sort this problem out. This is the Co-op in a nutshell, my Solicitors asked if they could make a payment but Co-op refused. score gained--100% Rubbish

"Brilliant"

I recently became a Co-op card member and get several useful discount offers per week and each time the Co-op donates to my local, chosen charity. Brilliant! A big shout out to the staff at Co-op Food, Theydon Road, London, E5 – they are very helpful and polite; I really appreciate it; good staff and management. Plus 5 stars for the Co-op charity model – I hope more businesses adopt this strategy.

I can't believe how Co-Op is putting prices up just because they can.
Two (2) sweet potatoes cost £1.50.
This is disgusting and straight up profiteering.

I hated this they literally overcharged me £3. This co op is where the old spar used to be why did they replace it? The food was horrible and take my advice here NEVER order online at the co op!

Co-op camberwell I was trying to top-up my electric key with the printed voucher I received the cashier was looking at the voucher in a dodgy way very impleasant experience he said bring the original????!!!!!
I called the manager he's name is Ahmed he said that I was right but not apologies was given I will never use this shop again the staff need a deep training to deal with customer.

Yet again!! One item missed out!! Last order when I asked for 3 bottles of water I got 3 pints of milk!!! Today they missed out something else, the shop won’t take responsibility or replace the item… if you can’t support the service you offer, don’t offer the service!!
