Went to a Coop garage today to fill up my car, There was a bit of an issue with the pump coming on so when I got to the shop I explained what had happened. The young man on the till was nice, polite and sympathetic the woman on duty (older) was so rude to me, talking to me like I was an idiot and then walked off with her back to me still going on . She needs to go on a customer service course pronto!

"Misleading for no other reason than incomitance"
I went to purchase a packet of sensations. They said it cost 1.50 which was fine until I went to scan it. It suddenly increases to the original price and the staff could not do anything about this after 5 minutes of nothing really. Waste of time and could potentially scam the people who do not care and buy it anyway.

This review is solely for the home delivery service. I've used home delivery a few times, but by far the absolute worse is the Co-op. My gripe is that all items chosen look available when you're putting them in your virtual basket. You pay for everything, then delivery happens and ONLY then you are made aware that practically half your shopping is missing, but not only that, you then have to wait up to 5 days to get your money back for all the items the Co-op didn't have. Other stores grey out items that aren't available so you know at the time of buying. Why doesn't the Co-op do this? Any way, rant over, as is me using the the Co-op online ever again.

Online delivery never arrived. Refund was issued but obviously very inconvenient and won’t use the delivery service again.

Really poor, ordered a few items as I’m unwell… driver lost and rang 3 times, I stood in the cold directing him, he gave me only one bag and drove off after taking photos to prove he had delivered, which he hadn’t! Rang him and texted him with no response….
No number to call just a stupid online form which was so complicated….copying and pasting missing items…
After all that he didn’t come back so I hope he enjoys what he has effectively stolen… what an absolute waste of my money… 😢

Just been to my local co op which I use every day I used the in store atm . went to withdraw 200 pounds got nothing .staff member says check your balance I did the money has been taken from my bank .then I was told its nothing to do with them I must phone the number on the atm . well as you can expect no response from that number . So I'm assuming co op are giving free electricity to the atm company. no commission. thank you .for stealing my money.

I have just been to the Co-Op in Blackhorse Lane Walthamstow today, between 2pm and 2.45pm and i had the most awful experience.
Two members of staff came up to me aggressively and ordered me to leave my personal trolley at the front of the store and use one of the shop trolleys.
I have been shopping at that Co-Op for years and I have spent £1000s of pounds over the years and I don't deserve to be treated like a thief, I won't be using Co-Op anymore.
Other people were allowed to use personal trolleys, so I know that I have been singled out, you have lost yourself a loyal customer.
