It’s the delivery service I wish to complain about. I ordered a very heavy delivery and the driver refused to bring it to my door. Annoying as I’m on the third floor and over 60 but what was worse was the order wasn’t double bagged and once out of the driver’s padded delivery bag, the shopping split and went everywhere. The driver then refused to help me pick it up. Never again.

I shopped in the Coop in Haddenham Bucks, looking for several items. The staff member who helped me was absolutely brilliant and we fond all but one item ( which they don't stock being a small outlet.)
I'll go back again !

Shop manager in the Lawrence rd L15 store accused my sister of stealing as he said he "seen her" to one of his staff.....
Her shopping bags from another shop where searched and obviously nothing from co op... As he was telling lies.. no apology, just said "i have to suspect everyone" and wouldn't give us his name. Formal complaint made with head office... disgusting. Maybe it's best to take his glasses back to specsavers because they obviously don't do a thing for his eyes....

I'm sure this company is taking the p#ss with prices 2 days ago price forward small can of own brand beans 40 pence a few days layer excessive of 50 pence.
Pricesxare just ridicules Heinz ketchup over £6 sp I take it you ramp up the pricesctoccover your members price total ridicules they need closing down especially as they git done for selling alcohol to under age people

Co-op Holsworthy Devon, 47p for one lime is an absolute disgrace. This is blatant profiteering. The co-op was started to help the poor now its ripping them off.

I purchased a Greek style cheese &red peper salad. I could not believe there were 4 pieces of feta charging those prices are extremely high. Suppose for that price add a further £1 on you could do it yourself. The fetter might cost the most but mozzarella is a cheaper option. So for £3.+ you need to look into this.

"No response from Coop"

I have provided 2 separate emails about the changes to their own brand chocolate cake since Christmas. No response. No acknowledgment. Their complaints procedure is very poor.

Co op Stamford Road kettering I can't see why people still go in the place £1.65 for a sausage roll £1.25 for a bag of crisps I didn't pay that and walked out walked 100 yards down the road got the same for only £2.10 at a corner shop Co op stop ripping people off

A sandwich with only one square of filling and rest dry bread. Customer Services responded promptly, didn't even offer refund . Coop used to be synonymous with trust and quality but these sandwiches are not fit to be called sandwiches, and there is no longer a desire to listen to customers

"first and last ever click and…"

Did my first and last ever click and collect. Notified order was ready, arrived to collect not even been picked. Got home unpacked and 3 items missing so had drive back to store.
On top of which they charge 10% extra on your bill to allow for substitutes !!!
Weeks later despite numerous calls to customer service which is now in far east / India I have still not managed to get my 10% refund back since 25 February
