"Constantly missing items on my orders"

Constantly missing items on my orders. The drivers do not read the additional instruction on where to deliver (there is some ambiguity about my postcode location). All they can offer when there are missing items is a refund, which takes ages to come through.

The great robbery continues. £2.55 for Robinsons double strength orange, up from £1.50. £2.10 for a tin of Baxters soup. £3.25 for Mcvities chocolate digestives. £2.85 for Cadburys mini rolls. Ready meals that wouldn't feed a kid never mind an adult. Shameless, robbing barstewards.

Ordered online for a delivery but they have charged me twice for 1 delivery of different amounts when I have queried this they've denied any 2nd payment showing their end but my bank and myself can confirm the 2nd amount is pending I have been trying to resolve this over 2/3 days an provided evidence as my last response to them and they haven't responded for 24 hours now and probably realising they are in the wrong I have made contact via emails, twitter and Facebook and even called them. They also sent items there were due out of date the following day and items where package was damaged and tasted mouldy they have refunded me for 2 items but not investigating the cause of my issue instead there now deciding to ignore every message or comment i make via social media and emails ive even called them the day I realised this error and was told its all fine and shouldn't be charged twice but the payment is pending to leave my account

The food items i ordered did not arrive but got charged for the items. I’m still trying to get my refund but it has been a massive inconvenience because i didn’t have any other money for food. I was forced to use my credit card to buy food. Very unhelpful phone call to church street shop who told me my order was not processed as they didn’t have the items ordered.

"RAW CHICKEN"

I purchased a Co-op shop through Amazon, I got the Co-op's own cooked chicken, I am so glad I cut into it, as it was blood red in the middle, I have a really poor immune system and I could have been seriously ill or worse, I contacted the Co-op page through Amazon, No sorry!, just a £3.50 put back into my account, I tried to fill the complaints form on Co-op, they asked for loads of different things, barcode, this code that code I to my knowledge did the best I could, but they never accepted my form, I have just telephoned the Co-op and they said they do not take calls, and they would send a link, nothing sent, well all I can say is I will never be buying from you again.

"Very rude service from the Co-op check out staff"

I visited my local Co-op this morning to buy some milk, simple enough, got to the till cashier looked at me and i asked for the milk with a receipt, whilst serving two other members of staff came behind the till all chatting and the cashier was talking on her ear piece, at the end of the transaction i had to ask for the receipt again as she was not listening, at this point she told me that i dont need this S*** we have had a delivery we have no water and i have already had enough of customers, at this point the other two joined in and were having ago and they were screaming and shouting as i was still leaving the store.
I have never had such rude service as i did this morning.
But the scary part of it the one on the left had the managers badge on her chest, so this to me seams like it is a common occurrence, with these staff

Got charged twice for an order and the order never even turned up. Absolute garbage service took 5 days to get a refund for both the charges.

I have been shopping in this store for sometime now in kingsbury Church Lane, NW9. Your staff need to learn how to treat their customers as they are very rude Assistant”s who never want to help their Customer in anyway and it’s has got worse they now don’t even like to serve the customers they tell you to use self service but if you want a lottery you can’t use the self service I have been over charged aswell they never apologise for keeping you waiting while there stocking the shelves customer come first if it wasn’t for the customer you wouldn’t have a job you need to train your staff good customer service and manners please and Thank you would not go amiss

"THE GREEDY CO-OP... CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR ONLY!"

Did you know that there's No VAT on Chocolate Nesquik milkshake powder, But VAT On Other Flavours? = I've been wondering why my local Co-op only sells chocolate flavoured Nesquik milkshake powder, but not strawberry or banana, NOW I KNOW WHY! There is VAT on banana and strawberry flavoured milkshake BUT NO VAT on chocolate flavour! That's why when you walk into a local Co-op store (or order online via their website), you are (in effect) forced to buy Chocolate as The Co-op want to earn as much money out of you as they can! If they had Strawberry or Banana flavour on the shelves (WHICH THEY DON'T!) they'd have to pay VAT on the sale! How bloody sad is that! SORRY, CHOCOLATE ONLY!!! CAUGHT RED HANDED CO-OP...DENYING YOUR CUSTOMERS A CHOICE OF FLAVOURS, ALL DOWN TO PURE GREED! I even phoned their customer service line and spoke to Muhammad who denied it and said it was a stock issue!!! LOL!!! Check your local store and also via their website and you'll see what I mean, I tried loads of different post codes too and it's the same everywhere you search, chocolate only! Other big supermarkets, Tesco etc, all stock the full range of flavours, but not the greedy Co-op!

"Discrimination against disabled customers."

I have been going to the Bushland Road, Northampton store for many years. The baskets have always been right by the entrance door. The last few weeks they have moved them to right by the tills, which is the far end of the shop. I am disabled. By the time I walked to get a basket my breathing had deteriorated to the point where it was extremely difficult do my shopping. Discrimination against disabled people is illegal, or so I thought.
I was going to complete the online complaint form, but they have deleted it and you have to telephone.
