"Stale tobacco; poor complaints process"

The complaints process is very poor: the online link goes nowhere; I found one phone number, and was given a fictitious email address, so had to phone again to be sent a form to attach my complaint to as a document. The response from the local store was poor, and offered no apology for twice selling me stale tobacco. I also had to request cancellation of my membership this way; there's nowhere to do it on the members' site. Co-op stores are all over the UK, and are the only shop, in some places, unfortunately.

"Rude OHARA"

I just went into the Coop in Ashford, Middlesex, I was speaking to a member of staff, who was lovely. When a woman call 'Ohara' came up to me in a very rude and aggressive manner,said you're not allowed to stand there, she slammed the door on me. The member of staff seemed horrified, I'm not sure but I think his name is Adam. I have been shopping at the coop for the past 15 years and always loved shopping there. This experience really shocked me that someone can be so openly rude. I think the Coop really does need to send her on a Customer Service course. I thought in such? a competitive market place, I thought at least customer should be treated with some respect...I guess not.

"Gross product - No refund available?"

Bought a 4 pack of "Milk Chocolate Ball Doughnuts 4s" from a store whilst on the road. Advertised as "Baked fresh daily" and in date. However getting home and opening them, discovered they were hard on the outside and very dry/stale.
Tried the online form to complain, it crashed and said phone the helpline. Phoned the helpline and got told they can't issue refunds, even though it's not satisfactory.
So had a gross product and can't get a refund.

"Unjustifiably expensive"

Unjustifiably expensive. Almost every item is a lot cheaper in the local corner shop. When you consider the corner shop buys most of its stock from Bookers which is owned by Tesco, whereas the CO-op has direct relationships with producers, then prices that are routinely 20 to 30% higher can not be justified. Rip-off.

"The co op store at Station Road"

The co op store at Station Road, NETLEY Abbey, Southampton is great. Very clean and well stocked. The staff there are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. They help their customers as much as possible. Thank you to everyone who works there. You are much appreciated.

"Ravi Shah delivery driver (co-op)"

Ravi Shah in the Richmond burrow is a joke of a delivery driver, wouldn’t give me my order due to my second name having a misspelling compared to my ID. I showed him the 2 emails as proof and he still continued to say he can’t give me the order, upon all this he said he will phone customer service and will be back in 5 minutes and never showed up he drove off.

I have just had the worst experience ever.
The unmanned till stopped working when my card had already been accepted and the payment beeb processed.
I had to pay again for all items and will get a refund later.
Vulnerable people cannot afford it. I could but I cannot let them do this to.others.
Beware this supermarket!!!!!!

£1 for the pleasure of using the app!!! In order to get that pound bk in savings (2p per pound) you have to spend £50 yes a whopping £50. No wonder my local coop is always dead. Total rip off
