Almost every time I go into a co-op i stand like a lemon with my basket at the tills with no one on any of them and have to then go searching down the ailes for a staff member to go out of their way to come to the till to allow me to pay for my goods, I have now had enough of them treating customers like mugs if I am spending large amounts of money with them I expect the minimum of service to be someone to be on the tills and dont expect me to use self service.

I think its time for co-op to stop promising what they cannot deliver•Friday 16 June placed order for delivery I was offered same day between 12-2 (this is their “famous” 2 hour promise) I was so pleased as I have back problem and couldn’t get out. they processed a payment for 51 and another for £54! Did I get my order……Sunday 18th June still waiting just wondering how much longer I should wait for someone ring me. Also wondering when they will decide to take the hold of £106 on my account. Appalling service

"Took payment but no order"

Took payment but no order. Had an extremely stressful day in the heat, tried to order some drinks to be delivered as i have a newborn and a dog and it is difficult to get out. The first time they took the money but didnt process an order so i had to call to be refunded. I then tried to order again and i just made the last delivery slot at 8.44 (9-10) and this time it went through but they instantly cancelled my order from the other end. If they hadnt have messed about with my first payment i wouldve had more than enough time to order for the last delivery slot. And so upset that even though i made an order in time they still cancelled. I just wanted a cold drink at the end of a very hot stressful day. So disappointed.

Complete rip-off. Got to be the most expensive grocery stores in the UK. Even though it is the only shop in my village, I would rather it went bust than use it.

After contacting the coop twice about a lack of options in my local store, I was told by a member of staff in a packed store in front of other customers " if I do not like the meat free choices, go and shop at Tesco. you have veg over there, what more do you want us to do"

I went into the co op store at West kingsdown and was over charged on product by 15 p not too much of a biggy but the next day was overcharged by £28.75 on recieving my bank alert I went back to the store was not happy a long wait and a refund back to my card was told 4 to 5 days before I receive it in my account not happy as I only have £129 a week to live on I phoned their office who really was useless and I did not get a call back thay contacted the store who also did not contact me back I provided all details from receipt thinking I would get some help it's disgusting to be over charged that much and scandals if I had not received my bank alert to how much they had taken I'd be none the wiser I now have to cut bills and watch the pennies because of the co op overcharging me that should b ashamed of themselves
