For years I have supported the COOP by using their shops and services but recently I received a shock when my Car Insurance jumped nearly £200 annually.
I couldn't understand this as none of my circumstances had changed. I was extremely disappointed with them and therefore changed my provider. Does loyalty count for nothing anymore?

If I could have given them -1 I would have. Got my grocery delivery on Saturday. I have a mobility issue which prevents me from shopping on my own so I have to reply on deliveries. I was given smoked bacon instead of what I ordered - no mentio of a substitute on any correspondence. The meat I ordered was delivered in a vacuum pack which I most definitely would not have ordered had I known. I have contacted the co-op FIVE times in the past two days and have had no one resolve anything. Just the obligatory reply that they have recived my email and someone will be in touch. The C0-op offer very little choice online, mainly the basics, all other items are out of stock. They are more expensive than any other supermarket for their food. I use them sometimes because they deliver the same day. I am now left with two items I cannot eat worth nearly £9. Disgraceful service. I will not be using them again.

I went to my local co-op I selected two offers and only one came off at the checkout, I showed a member of staff who could clearly see that I had selected them and brought both items, I was told that staff in store cannot do anything as it is the app. What's the point of putting offers on the app if they don't work.

Bought at my local coop the Gluten Free chocolate cake… YUK! Tasteless, Dry, not fit to eat!

"Never Use Them On Just Eat"

I ordered quite a lot of stuff Total £30 on Just Eat from Coop. The driver arrived with a couple of items in a bag, nit mine, i had a problem getting him to take 8t back(he didn't speak good English) I called coop and they said my order was sitting there but they had no authority to release it or give it yo the driver to deliver to me, they just pick and pack it. Just Eat are not contactable. Its a disgrace.ill never order from coop again as they were so unhelpful, like a brick wall.

The club card member deal on the dog food only applied to certain flavours. So I looked silly at the till asking why my club card didn't reduce my bill. The server was very polite and went to look and confirmed the bag I selected wasn't in the offer - same co op dog food, same size just different flavour! What's the point of the club card? Do I have to walk around peering at all the labels to check which flavours the offers apply to? Staff as usual nice in my local store, so that's a plus.

Awaiting 2 hour order between 2- 4pm now 4.20pm unacceptable. no commination on what is happening with my order, no contact number to chase this. Absolutely furious will not use this service again

Some of the staff at my local branch are truly dangerous people prepared to LIE about a customer they "have it in for" & who rightfully accused one of their staff of trying to switch a valid presented £10 note for a counterfeit. Fortunately the so-called manager after checking the £10 note for around 20 minutes stated that the customers note was indeed valid & legitimate but nothing was done about the other staff member on the till. Staff member probably has "form" for these sorts of antics, so they backed down & of course would never admit that. So beware...
Unfortunately, reporting this to HQ achieved nothing more than a vindictive 3 year store ban with the grounds firstly being "aggression" with them unable to state in what way or provide any specifics? Then it became "harassment" & bizarrely "discrimination"...lol, with no evidence provided, so just based upon hearsay by a pack of LIARS that close ranks. I think the public is entitled to demand redress against staff members who deliberately harass customers by refusing a valid note because they've some sort of grievance & switched it...criminal in fact.
Great, he'll be taking this further for the FALSE vague allegations (now in writing, which is foolish to say the least) & the deliberate humiliation caused. At local level they're well known for poor grocery stock selection, extortionate prices (to subsidise overseas producers we're told) & either non - existent or even abusive service.
BOYCOTT is my & many others advice...as there are much better, cheaper options out there for groceries etc etc.
