"Lauder Co-op, Scottish Borders, the worst shop in Scotland"

The Co-op in Lauder, Edinburgh Road advertised hours are 6.00 - 23.00 seven days a week. For the last couple of months they appear to have staffing shortages and the shop and petrol station randomly shuts at 5pm with no advertising or communication to customers. This is a very rural store with a petrol station and there is no other diesel for more than 7 miles. Tonight I went to the Co-op at 16.45 to fill up with diesel to go to Edinburgh Airport in the early hours. Staff were putting up cones and preventing customers get in to the petrol pumps, as the store was shut 6 1/4 hours earlier than normal opening hours. It is a disgrace that the Co-op have such a complete disregard for their rural customers. Many elderly residents rely on the store, with it being a rural area, but you never know when the shop and petrol station is randomly shutting early. The operations manager of the Lauder Co-op is clearly an incompetent, who is unable to recruit/retain staff and should be fired. It is a disgrace that the Co-op treat loyal local customers with such distain.

"Failed to Deliver!"

Failed to deliver within the 2 hour timeslot. In fact, failed to deliver at all. Disgusted by the "couldn't care less attitude".
Would never use again!

Co op in bampton oxfordshire is brilliant and majority of staff are so helpful and friendly, however numerous times I have had dealings with (Matt ) staff member. He either needs more customer service training or needs too reconsider his career choice as he's clearly not happy !!!! Absolutely awful service he provides ..

Awful service, just getting worse. Dilevered within 2 hours they say. 4 hours later and way past the latest time. Still not delivered. Do not use co op food website. Uber is more reliable although it costs more. Poor service is an understatement.

I walked in to see a dead mouse on the floor which was pleasant and saw two kids licking the cobwebs off the old women's face behind the counter. The popcorn was over £2 so I'm disappointed in that, the magazine I wanted with the Lego Batman in wasn't there so I cried the way home, the steps outside made me fall and break my neck so I'm now in hospital upside down writing this review. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have a good relationship with your neck.

Clean and tidy shop but the aisles are so narrow and the prices shocking. £4.10 for 10 Birdseye fish fingers? Crazy price. Everything is expensive in here. Only visiting but wouldn’t want to live in a village where this is the the only shop. Bedfordshire.

Just arrived at shipston upon stour and visited the co op CONVENIENT store as there are two. The reason being i know as Colin loudly shouted this out to me and my partner on leaving.We only asked the young lady behind the counter what time do you shut which she replied ten o’clock, as i said above Colin who needs to learn some costumer service had no need to shout out it is a CONVENIENT store and in front of other customers. my partner said we only asked as on a Sunday your other shop 4 doors down closes. I feel because we challenged him saying we only asked because your store four doors down closes earlier being a Sunday, he was then trying to make a joke of it or being rude saying come back later ect ect…. dont think so Rude Rude Rude man manners cost nothing! apart from that we had a lovely four day break in a lovely part of the country. And we never went back to co op
Forgot to add spoke with some locals where we was staying and they wasn’t surprised and told me Colin has had lots of complaints! says it all i rest my case….

I bought a hanging basket for eleven quid and it is the most amazing ever.

"Could not eat the Co-op Chicken Tikka Masala…"

My wife and I tried the Co-op Chicken Tikka Masala with Pilau Rice.
The chicken pieces were tender but, for us, the Masala sauce was inedible. It was bitter and had an artificial, chemical taste. We could not eat it.

"Horrible attitude"

I walked into the staple tye co op in Harlow this evening looking for eggs. I asked the guy at tills if there was any around but he said no which was very kind of him. However a woman came out and said it was stupid time to be buying eggs and had a right attitude about it. Despite me being right behind her when she was slagging me off to her colleagues. Which was not necessary and appropriate.

I don’t recommend going to this one at all and get treated terribly.
