"Langley Square Co-op"

I am a property manager at Langley Square in Dartford and use the local co-op there daily.
I would like to say just how brilliant two of the staff in particular are, Lauren and Sophie are very attentive to all customers, they are warm, friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable.
The two amazing ladies are a credit to your company and how Sophie isn't running her own store is beyond me, she'll be headhunted in no time.

"I ordered my delivery for 4pm co op…"

I ordered my delivery for 4pm co op sent a email to say order had been picked. But 4pm came and went at 5.15pm I tried to reach the co op to see where my delivery was at and got nothing absolutely nothing. The co op totally ghosted me I couldn't contact them they certainly didn't contact me they never as much sent a text to say my order was running late. By 6.30pm I'm thinking it's not coming I've been completely ghosted so I set out to my local tesco (as I'm very hungary) i just about duplicate my order get home and cook My tea. Still not hearing anything at all from co op. At 8pm a guy rings and says I'm outside with your shopping. Well I don't really need it now seeing as I went out bought it and delivered it to myself. I totally understand that things happen nothing can run smooth 100% of the time but ffs co op don't ghost your customers at the very least send a message to say we running a little late.
I know co op isn't even gonna see this as they haven't responded to a single comment on here. Lol The king of ghosted

"‘irresistible’ Paella? Don’t think so!"

I today purchased two of the above Paella dishes from our local store. Unfortunately these were so poor, they were destined for the dustbin before they were even cold!
I cannot really cite even one element that was satisfactory-the rice, arguably the most important part of the dish, was more like a risotto, wet and sticky. Having had paella many times before, I have never encountered such a bizarre texture. Sloppy rice, coupled with really tough, so-called ‘king’ prawns, which were hardly that and a minute amount of chicken, combined to make this the worst example of ‘paella’ I have ever had the misfortune to suffer.

I am very unhappy about the way i have been treated by the coop in stock on Trent. the worst place i have ever been in my life. I raised a feedback to the store about my experience as i was humiliated and also felt discriminated by the cashier whiles trying to improve my confidence using there machine to pay. I was the only black man in the store that day, and it was a horrible feeling that day. Since i raised it no ever responded. The company is treating what i have shared as just a feedback instead of looking into the merits of what has happened and how i feel being unfairly treated by there staffs

How can you justify charging customers double the price of items. I'm not shopping here anymore, talk about being ripped off is disgusting to say the least. Sudafed tablets 5.75 at the co-op, 2.99 at B and M for exactly the same product!

Drop of shop for Evri,but often have no receipts, so can't leave parcel, they should not be offering delivery service if they can't deliver, imagine the post office turning you away when you want to send a letter.
