Everytime I get milk from the co op it always goes sour and least four days before best before date!! Plus everything is more expensive in the co op!!

To anyone who uses, or is thinking of using the Co-op home delivery service.
DON’T!! It isn’t safe!
Your property,and your neighbours property is at risk!!
Co-op delivery drivers steal parcels left by other curriers and the Co-op know this and condone it!
I have had approximately £100 worth of Amazon & Evri parcels blatantly stolen by the Co-op on Tuesday 4th July around 2pm.
Video evidence of this has been provided to the co-op… and the police.
The Co-op refuses to “Cooperate” with myself and South Yorkshire Police, making the bogus claim that revealing the representatives (the driver caught on camera taking my property) would breach “Data Protection” rules.
I will continue to fight this of course, but it seems only fair to give WARNING to all of you that ising the Co-op home delivery service puts property at risk and this is endorsed by the Co-op themselves!
The simple solution to this is to use a trust worthy home delivery service such as Asda/Tesco/Sainsbury’s/Waitrose/Aldi etc.

"First order to collect - False price and hidden extras"
I am a co-op member, received an email with a member offer, stating 2 pizzas and ice-cream for £5. It contained a link to get it. Offer is only available for delivery or collection. I Click the link start placing my first ever collection order. Lots of things went wrong with the order. 1. order charges £6. 2. Order is for me to collect, over £15 and collection is free, find out they charged me £2+ as a service charge. 3. At time slot, go to store, no order there, they didnt know Coop did a collection service. 4. take order home, get email saying what they charged me, no mention of service charge. 5. charged me 20p for bag, when I used my own. 6. read about service charge you will get it back if 'you have no substitutions', nobody wants substitutions, but if they do it they charge you extra! 7. to get service charge back, because this order had no substitutions I have to 'make a claim'. 8. Compain about 'service charge' not on email summary, get a reply about 'delivery charges' (it was a collection by me). I think they want us not to notice the service charge paid, dont mention it should be given back to us when no subs. Sharp practice to deceive customers.

Had issue with the deal 5 for £5 pounds for members. Rang customer services took 12 mins getting through, once l did they then put me on hold for another 18 mins so total 30 mins on the phone and gave up at the end. Ridiculous not sure how they running customer service helpdesk. Will never shop there again

I have watched the undercover expose of the horrendous conditions of hens in one supply farm, apparently in Lincs. I couldn't bear it. I live in Oakham and will no longer shop there or buy my petrol there (where is cheapest), given what I have witnessed. How dare the Co-op treat animals like this.

If you have seen the news recently, COOP no suprise were undercover filmed with their suppliers chickens deformed and screaming in agony. This is the food and eggs you are consuming guys.
I'm not a vegetarian, but I have some morals and the greed this company have is outright despicable. Pricing their goods at 35% more than supermarkets just because they call themselves "convenience" stores, rather than supermarkets but deceptively make their stores large enough to appear as a supermarket so people are none the wiser.
I will NEVER shop here again.

"Disgusting Service at Gillbent Co-op"
I called into the Co-op supermarket on Gillbent Road, CHEADLE HULME, Stockport this afternoon.
I bought strawberries, apples and bananas, took them to the till, where I was met by an assistant, who was NOT the usual helpful Chinese gentleman unfortunately!
I enquired about my new Co-op app where I had chosen my ‘offers’, I asked what I needed to do with them, his reply was, “I don’t know! You have to see to them at home! I don’t know as I don’t have a mobile phone.
I asked was he not trained in dealing with a customers’ enquiry at the till point, and he reiterated that he wasn’t an owner of a phone!!
I left the items on his till point and walked away, utterly disgusted with his attitude.
I attempted to phone my complaint to head office and they do not take complaints on the phone. You have to give your phone no for a link to complain, where you have to give your date of birth by pressing a calendar that goes back a month at a time from today!!!!
RIDICULOUS!!
I’ve left a message for the store manager to phone me!! Wonder if he will!!
DISGUSTING!!!
