"Coop are rubbish"

I have been using the coop in Gladstone street Desborough for many years I don’t think I will ever use this store again I would say that over 12 visits I have been over charged by a considerable amount and when going back to the person on the till they have not been very helpful !

"Order cancelled with no notice or explanation"

I had a delivery due today between 12-2pm and just received an email saying my order has been cancelled with no explanation. Also not happy with the 3 to 5 day wait for a refund as other supermarkets can do it on the same day and then they have the cheek to say if I want to start a new shop click here. The contact form only has specific questions that you can use so the only way I can contact them for this is by phone

Emailed customer service 3 weeks ago and no reply.
Emailed CEO no reply and probably busy on holiday somewhere.
Massive queues always.
Avoided and buy your goods elsewhere much cheaper as well.

"Customers Being Fraud"

I asked for the cheapest brand of Vape and was informed the cheapest would be Blu as they have offer of 3 for £10. Seemed like a great deal as one was £5.99, so I made a purchase, only to realise I was charged full price.

Customer Service unfortunately will not honour as according to them the store did not have the offer on, a simple view of video footage would proof the interaction and discussion that could place

Personally I feel it should be honoured and If this is the practice of Co-op to lie to customers in order to make such purchases that only benefit the company financially and at the expense of others, I think this is absolutely disgusting to fraud there customers intentionally.

Had emails saying my new card is on the way as I cancelled my card 🤷‍♀️no I didn’t. Rang customer services and they said put in a complaint as this shouldn’t happen, and someone must have put a digit wrong and cancelled my card instead of the customer that contacted them. The offers that I had chosen were then cancelled and the new ones with my new card were not what I would choose. Gave me after complaining the equivalent, but this shouldn’t happen. Someone has cancelled my card with co op’s authority. No card now for 10 days. Not the company it was. ☹️👎

"Do not buy any Amazon/ Gift cards from them"

They sold me £600 worth of Amazon cards which never got loaded. When I went back with receipts and a complaint I was asked to contact customer care as the store can't do anything. Raised a complaint with customer care and 3 weeks on they say only the store can refund. They have effectively de-frauded me and are now just making me run around. DO NOT USE THESE stores.

Co-op stores at Walderslade customer services could be a little more helpful and receiving. I wanted to exchange an item bought within 10 minutes as the store is very close to where I live. After checking the temperature of the item to ensure how cold it is and going through management she agreed . But I couldn’t find what I need ( I need Greek style yogurt as opposed to normal live one) and so I wanted to take back what I originally bought.
But the lady has already decided to give me the refund but not the item. What she did was wrong. I did not ask for a refund. I realised the store has been already unfriendly and unhelpful, so I didn’t want to pursue the matter any further .

"Rude employees ..."

Rude employees, incompetent Team Leader, in the company of the buyer, they speak their own language. they do not know current promotions and t&c. They give the impression that they are at work as punishment and do not want to be here. * There are, of course, super helpful employees, but they are unfortunately in the minority.

I have been using co-op home deliveries for some time now but increasingly they either get the order wrong or say the cannot find the address when they have always been able to do in the past as have Asda & Tesco whom I will be going back to using as both are cheaper!
I think the problem is that they don’t have their own drivers but rely on an agency , who obviously couldn’t care less !!
