"How can a company like this increase…"

How can a company like this increase pricing in one hit totally loose customers. This is the last time I ever use the local shop. For instance, 6x pack walkers crisps, WAS £1.50 . NOW £2.00 ALSO beers up similar. Had a coop card I'm 12 months or more, NO POINT. not given a thing. No discount. Nothing. Pointless.

Well done COOP. You just came bottom of the top ten supermarkets. Gosh, I wonder why that is?
Could it be your blatant profiteering?
50% rises on so many of your already over-priced products over night?
Many items twice the price of anywhere else.

Have complaint with Funeralcare Sherburn Hill about water leak damaging our property they just pass the buck and fail to repair leak so much for there moto caring sharing policy

"Terrible online purchase experience"

Terrible online purchase experience, they will not send any alert on missing items and you have to accept it. Customer service is also terrible that nobody take response on the customer request. I will never purchase in their website again!

Generally I find the coop okay. They actually try to offer Gluten Free options especially at Christmas.
Valentines was the issue for me.
What seemed like an amazing meal deal was a severe disappointment. No GF options.
My daughter bought it and said the olive, red pepper etc stater the bread sticks were like bricks and the sauce tasteless. Hasn’t tried the wild garlic kievs yet but the raspberry chocolate dessert was a dead loss. Heavy and tasteless

"Order never arrived"

I ordered online with their delivery service. 5 hours after my delivery slot, it still hadn't arrived. Now the shop is closed, and I don't have food for my dog nor myself. Despite calling them twice, nothing was resolved. It kept me from doing anything else that day but wait for the order to arrive. Now I have to wait 2-3 days for them to refund me... Their delivery is cheaper than most, but with this quality of service it is not really worth it...

"One star is being nice. Should be a minus"

Have rated this one star but that is still too good. Ordered a click and collect from east Craig’s barnton store and got an email saying order had been picked and was ready to collect. No notification that only part of my order had been picked and had full amount of money for whole order taken from my bank account. When collecting the order we were handed a bag with 2 items in it and told they were not doing click and collect today and get in touch for a refund. I have been trying to get in touch with co-op since yesterday afternoon with no luck! They have taken my money and left me out of pocket and nothing to show for it apart from a 4 pack of rolls (which were wrong) and some potatoes. Very bad experience and very bad customer service. Safe to say I won’t be doing this again.

I placed an order which was canceled after 2 days for no reason. During this time, I have not received any e-mail about the status of my order. Poor customer contact

Avoid co-op home delivery appalling service never turned up even though receiving an email saying it was packed and ready no communication saying order was delayed or anything but they took money out of my account contacted them the next day saying I still wanted my order just to get an email saying it was cancelled absolutely appalling never known anything like it from a large company like that this was co-op own delivery not uber etc
