"The staff in the Dunoon store"

The staff in the Dunoon store always look so unhappy and dont seem to understand the idea of customer care even for disabled people. I feel very uncomfortable in that store.

As for service nothing went wrong but as for the pizzas that was in my order , after eating them today , I found that one had a metal screw inside the pizza yet the polythene packaging wasn't damaged in slightest. Co-op I regard to is Leeds , York street.

""Best & Most Natural Call Center Experience Ever""

Today I called the Co-op! Kerry (Team Italy) took my call and was an absolute delight to deal with—friendly, helpful, and polite, with real professionalism throughout the process. Having worked in retail management for many years, I can not only praise Kerry but also the person who hired her for the Co-op! "Bloody well done." If all my interactions with call center staff were this good, I’d almost never be off the phone! ;-)

Kerry should be showing people how it’s done, in my opinion. The feel of the conversation is rarely this natural, and training newer staff with her as a role model could go a long, long way for the Co-op! 10/10.

Ordered online from "Whitehawk Co op Brighton. I am diabetic so the ordered appropriately with few treats for gran-daughters. The order Co op Whitehawk Brighton delivered A order. But what I recieved was nothing of what I ordered. The Co op Whitehawk Brighton sent three shopping bags full of chocolate and sweets to someone who is diabetic
Anyway - called Whitehawk Co op who gave me the phone number of customer service. Called customer service; got woman called Nkem. When I asked her to spell her name she said K for "kilo"and she hated the name - Pearson It took 4 phone calls for her to understand what was happening. 4th call she said she would issue refund. I will never order from Co op Whitehawk Brighton ever again. They are incompetent disrespectful ugly people.

I've been going to use on line delivery for over a year in my area of Buckhurst hill Essex and every time I do everything is sold out and it's never listed as back in stock.
Over a year ffs.
Coop has taken a dive it really has and they must be losing business.
I won't be using them again and judging by the 1 star rating they won't recover from this.
Appalling service.

"Don't use delivery "

I am very angry with your delivery service it is shocking, I made a delivery which was picked at 19:53. for delivery between 8-9pm it got to 9:10pm so I rang the customer service. Who said it had been assigned to a driver. To then come back and say it is still with the store. So it will be unable to be delivered today as the store closes at 10.If I ordered over an hour and a half ago and paid for a service I should expect this service. Not having to phone up when it's late and be told I won't be receiving it today.

Safe to say that the delivery service is absolutely abysmal.

"Misleading Promotion and Poor Customer Service"

I participated in Co-op’s movie promotion and was promised a £4.99 Amazon voucher within 24 hours. It's now been over a week, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received the voucher. The responses from TLC, who are managing this promotion on behalf of Co-op, have been nothing but generic excuses about delays due to high demand.

Co-op continues to promote this deal as if nothing is wrong, causing more people to fall into the same trap. It’s unacceptable that a brand like Co-op would handle a promotion so poorly and provide such inadequate customer service. If you can’t fulfill your promises, stop misleading your customers.

I'm extremely disappointed and feel completely let down. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Co-op.

I love shopping at the Co-op store here in Sturminster Newton. The staff are always friendly and helpful and being a member, I take full advantage of as many offers as I can. Though the store is not massive, I am always impressed at the variety and quality of the goods available.

"RACIST staff in Leicester thought I was going to steal"

RACIST staff in Leicester thought I was going to steal. There are some older women workers(Karen’s) who assume I can’t afford to shop here due to skin tone. I was putting tuna in my basket and she called the manager over whilst they both watched me shop a few metres away from me. I wasn't covering my face or acting suspicious at all. She didn’t even apologise and gave me a dirty look as she walked off. Little do they know I have a professional job and have helped other staff members deal with shoplifters twice over the last few years I have been shopping here. Racism is the thanks I get for it. There is no way that she would have watched me and called the manager over if I had blonde hair and blue eyes.

Very rude staff member at central co op Warsop.. refused to serve me for 4 small cans of pina colada which I was buying amongst various other items as she believed I was purchasing for my 17 year old daughter who was with me. Even after explaining they were for myself she refused saying she saw her ‘look at them’! How ridiculous! Fair enough if I was purchasing a litre of vodka or something with a group of teenagers but come on .. where’s the common sense?? She was blatantly rude to me and I refuse along with my family to shop at co op in future. Get your staff properly trained co op before you lose more customers!
