"An appointment at the Co-op bank…"
Had an appointment at the Co-op bank Oldham with Aksah.
Could not have wished for a more pleasant and informative person, she gave us all the information we needed to choose the right account for us, we hope that Aksah will be available for all future appointments.
We are very satisfied the way the Co-op bank had treated us, all the staff were really friendly and helpful.

"co-op on High Ash Drive, LS17"
I frequently visit their branch on High Ash Drive in Leeds. Their staff are helpful, courteous and serve with a smile. It is open for a longer period daily(8am to 10pm) which makes it very useful for last minute purchases. Parking can be an issue sometimes but it is because it is in a residential area. Never crowded. Most of the daily/frequently used items are available. There are a couple of mini-sainsburys nearby but I didn't find them useful.

"Expensive..and fresh food goes off very…"
Expensive..and fresh food goes off very quickly, sometimes already on the turn. One local delivery driver seems to bear a personal grudge and always arrives after the delivery window has closed, or not at all. As I am elderly disabled and was recently ill I was unable to get to the shops, and was then three days without any food, due to my Co op delivery not arriving. I am taking legal steps and I will never shop with them again

"Coop Torquay branch has always been…"
Coop Torquay branch has always been notorious for the exceptional quality of staff, five stars on customer service. 2 stars are going on a sushi box, £3.50 for 4 little pieces of nothing… Not even nice at all.. Absolute robbery.. Other Supermarket give you full tray of very good quality sushi for that price. Very disappointed.. I struggle to find reasons now to keep shopping at my local Coop as I have done in the last 8 years…

"Review for the Co-op Broughton Astley, Leicestershire"
**Review for Co-op Broughton Astley**
I recently visited the Co-op in Broughton Astley, Leicestershire and left quite disappointed. Firstly, at the bottom of my receipt, they ask you to provide feedback on how your visit was today. However, when I followed the link to feedbackcoop the survey was closed. This was frustrating as it seems pointless to request feedback if there's no active survey to complete. I’m not going to win the £250 now, am I !
Additionally, the store didn’t have most of the items we needed to bake a cake. Basic ingredients were missing, which was very inconvenient and led to an incomplete shopping trip. We ended up getting it all at Aldi.
Overall, while the store was clean and the staff were polite, the lack of essential baking items and the closed feedback survey left much to be desired. I hope these issues are addressed soon

"Rude assistant co op Hay on Wye"
Went in the co op Hay on Wye, had the most miserable grumpy old male assistant ever, he shouted at me from across his till because someone had previously scanned an item and left it, not my fault. Very rude obviously no customer service skills

So i ring co op to swap my membership and am told sorry we cant do that we are 2 different companies. NOWHERE ON MY LOCAL CO OP DOES IT SAY CO OP CENTRAL! So now i have to wait 8 WEEKS! For them to send me a CHEQUE for a quid. Put me offf co op altogether tbh wanted to swap membership now i think ill jist keep my quid. Co op ypur membership scheme was designed by a 2 year old. "Unhelpful Staff at Ludgershall"
Staff at the Ludgershall store today were hostile and unhelpful. They had a trolley of chilled goods awaiting price reduction but when we asked for a price from someone holding a pricing gun, we were told: 'I'll be back in a minute...' which never happened. When we queried this later at the till, we were met with a surly response that the goods wouldn't be re-priced 'for some time...' which is interesting as most of the goods on the trolley were chilled foods/chicken dishes which shouldn't be left out of the fridge for too long anyway! Leaving a stacked trolley full of chilled foods out on a hot day, opposite the entrance where the temperature will fluctuate for an indefinite period is surely a health & safety issue? Why couldn't staff at least have asked us to wait a few minutes or explain why the goods couldn't be marked down, particularly when we had been told that the member of staff would 'be back in a few minutes' to do it? No one was helpful and all they were interested in doing was chatting to one another instead of giving any attention to customers. You don't get this at Tesco or other branches of the Co-Op I note....
