"Absolutely appalling online service"

Absolutely appalling online service. Judging by their star rating I’m shocked nothing as been done.
Will never order from them blame the customer. Rude staff who don’t listen. They don’t care about the customer it’s all about profit. On the phone to trading standards and will be closing my account with them as soon as this complaint dealt with - NEVER ORDER ONLINE with them EVER it’s a huge headache.

I’ve been a member for years and am also a member of the cooperative party. I think the abolition of the ‘divvy’ and also the sacking of the community enablers has made the coop feel just like any other store.

Not surprised this store is closing. Some of the male staff are so rude it's unbelievable. Prices are monstrous, cross the road and go to Tesco.uch better choice.

The cashier Ambrose in the COOP in Blackfen (The Oval) was really helpful today, he went out of his way to help and save me money finding reduced items for me. I didn’t ask but he went and found the item I was buying with a reduced label fantastic service. Usually avoid the COOP as too expensive but today Ambrose proved me wrong 😂

Co op offers are rubbish! The fact you can only choose x2 per week is tight and mean, seeing how they over inflate their prices anyway! Living in Cornwall on low pay the Co op is our closest shop too! Crap!

I use the online delivery service often. It's dismal as the orders are consistently wrong and make you fill out a form, then quite often when you say the wrong product has been sent you are asked to provide a photo 4-5 days after.

I have been going to this store for 9 years as i live right next to it. Wont be visiting again as yesterday when i went to get my bread a worker called marcus started speaking with a russian accent as soon as he realised im russian, i didnt say anything but it has made me very uncomfortable and definitely wont visit again
