Worst APP of all the supermarkets, takes so long to load you have left the shop by the time it is ready! Ignore and shop somewhere else! Real shame as the offers / products actually very good!

Begrudgingly took out charged membership as prices without are higher only to find the membership doesn’t apply to all stores and you need to take out other memberships depending on type of store. Absolutely ridiculous company and one I’ll certainly avoid in future.

1st time order and cancelled. Ordered between 18:00 - 19:00. 19:15 rang and order had not been picked. Only ordered 4 items with cost of delivery as a try. When I rang customer service with order number they said not picked. Morrisons never had an issue. COOP stay away

Salad out of date and I was told you could still sell it. Why should I pay full price for something that is past their best!! I took the items dated yesterday off the shelf, and the manager put them back on the shelf! Disgusted that you would do this, haven't you heard of Lysteria!! Not the first time I have taken out of date products from yourselves off the shelf last time was coleslaw which was a use buy date and a good few days out if date. Your supermarket is a death trap and your food could kill us if you don't check your dates. Talking to your staff today and they didnt care! Pontycymmer branch south wales. Feel sorry for the older people who trust you not to keep out of date products on your shelves. My next step will be to go to trading standards and I understand the fine per product can be quite high! Do the decent thing and reduce items past their best before dates. Especially Salad!! Mags

Why are Co-op staff so rude, I have now been to 3 different co-op in Plymouth and I find the staff are rude in all of them. Co-op advert on TV at present says be kind to our staff 🤔🤔. Think that works both ways be
kind to your customers otherwise you will not have any. I bought a bottle of wine that should have been cheaper with my membership card but that didn't happen and the staff made me go back to drinks section to look as they told me I must have picked up the wrong one. Turns out I was right but do you get an apology of course not. A very unhappy customer.

Went to local store at checkout problems with contactless card due to IT problems in store When got home found that no members discounts were applied or the special offers I had selected online
Returned to store and told to contact customer services They have not refunded the £3.25 that I would have saved saying they have stopped points system which is not my issue It is difficult to fill out forms and considering this was not a problem with me I feel short changed Will try avoid shopping here in future

They really are a disingenuous company! Lots of offers that don't register at the till, CHECK your receipt!! If you query it it's virtually considered an attack on the staff! Furthermore, they are advertising 20% off if you buy 4 bottles of wine. In my home store Baron De Ley 2019 Reserva is £10.25 (about right) £8.20 pb after discount, but in another store (Clanfield) it's £14 making it £11.20🤷🏻‍♂️. They presumably rely on their local clientele (elderly and financially disadvantaged) who can't drive to proper supermarkets.

Whats going wrong with the sandwiches from the co-op on Fleetwood road? Whoever is making them is putting way too much pepper on them. Disgusting a few times now. They need to fix this.
