"Shocking bookmaker"

Shocking bookmaker. I Won on a lucky 15 and whilst they say they offer best odds guaranteed, Lucky 15's are a system bet and not included apparently. All 4 of my horses prices drifted meaning I should of had an extra £300 ish but because they buried this rule in there terms and conditions I got the original prices!! AVOID!!!!! Stick to the better known bookies who actually pay best odds guaranteed on most bets! Lucky 15 is a popular bet type for god sake!

"Awful, is there 0 stars option?"

Awful, have taken my money and after a win have the withdrawal "pending". Have contacted live chat 3 times over 3 days, different excuse each time. Still waiting. I have strong suspicions they are trying to fob me off. Won't give up though,all chats screenshoted, and my next move will have to be Resover.

But for anyone else seriously, A V O I D !

EDIT: All my Docs have been sent off for over 4 days now and holy wooooo have just read all the other reviews! As many others have commented.

The 5 star reviews are worrying - Notice how all of them have no thumbs up (helpful) and rave about the fast payouts. The whole thing is D O D G Y !

"Absolute joke of a company"

Absolute joke of a company. Advertising all over internet for new customers deposit £10 get 4x free bets. I deposited £20 via Pay Pal . Later , another £20 by card. No free bets. When I contacted firm , they told because first deposit was by Pay Pal and not card, I was ineligible for free bets.
Nothing they can do about it. Absolutely no reason why except in t's and C's. Why do they let new customers deposit via PP? Is this a scam ,?
Avoid this firm at all costs.

Only been with mansion for 10 days. And then I get an email saying no more promotions and no more free bets so dont opt in. I've hardly used any promos they had barring the opening offer. If this is the way they treat new customers then dont become one. Try better bookmakers out there. Mansion clearly dont care about their customers.

Why should I get in touch you when you send me an email saying our decision is final. You quite clearly dont want me as a customer so I will bet elsewhere.

"Great for Free bets"

I don’t understand some of the bad reviews but it’s Trustpilot and even bet365 only has 1.6 rating. I’ve been with Mansionbet for a while but only started depositing decent amounts recently while I haven’t had much look they offer plenty of sports and in play market with good prices. The best thing about them is the free bets they offer for loyalty which is great since I only start depositing over a week ago. I would recommend

Signed up with this site because they offered paypal as a deposit method, wasn't interested in bonus's anyway. They accepted a small deposit and everything seemed fine until i attempted to withdrawl my winnings.

Only a very small amount, 5 days later my withdrawl still hadn't been processed, so checked to see if i'd recieved any mail from them, nothing, so i contacted them via live chat and was told to complete the kyc check (something that in the sign up was said wouldn't be checked until i'd withdrawn 2k, now i have no issue in providing kyc information (a resonable level of) when requested, but it wasn't requested until i forced the issue by contacting them. It has now been 12 days since i sent my kyc info, they didn't even acknowledge this until 4 days after i submitted them. In which i recieved an email containing the following sentence.

"Thank you for sending us your documents, your case is currently being reviewed by the relevant department."

I object to the use of the word "case" for a start, the only case that needs investigating is why you don't pay out in a resonable amount of time.

They also stated they'd contact me if they needed further information, which they have not. I have repeatedly tried to contact them via live chat over the past few days but its not working at all just an infinite timer. I've never had so much trouble with a bookie.

Spoken to customer service and supposedly should expect to receive the money any day but no sign of the money.

Be very careful signing up with any offers. My experience was simply that I didn't go through the terms and conditions with a fine tooth comb and therefore didn't qualify for the offer I thought I was getting. It's not illegal, but it doesn't make me want to do any more business with them. Buyer beware.

Promo was sign up deposit £10 and get £20 in free bets after the £10 bet had settled.
Did not receive my freebet so I contacted them to be told I do NOT get my free bets as I used PayPal.
First and last time I ever use them.

New customer offer a fraud, stake £10 it says to get £20 in free bets ,each way acceptable so bet £5 eachway my horse was 3rd got £9 back but no free bet .After 24 hours of trying to connect to there live chat I get told each way had to be £10 e/w.
Then I was told I had to put another tenner in to draw out my £9 because the minimum withdrawal it £10. Then they changed there mind and said they'll pay me the £9 but it will take upto 5 days to go in my account,
WHAT A JOKE!!!!


And it doesn't state on the headline of the advert that eachway has to be £10 e/w you have to go to the website and read through the t/c's for about 10 mins before you find that out Oh Dear!!!!
