"Self Exclusion Protection Error"

I’ve been self excluded since 2018. I recently opened a new account on their international site which is owned and run from exactly the same people. I’m registered with Gamstop as are mansionbet. I used the same info when up account.
They let me play without any protection. I deposited and lost €950. I then contacted customer service to let them know of their error. They shut it down straight away.
Will I get my money back ?

"I’ve been a Mansionbet customer for…Feel totally let down by Mansionbet"

I’ve been a Mansionbet customer for some time now and have my own account manager. I really feel let down by the company right now. The site went down just about the time I had a 4 fold winning bet meaning I couldn’t access my winnings. I’ve contacted my account manager and customer services on Twitter and by phone. I’ve been hung up on before I even got a chance to speak. I just want some clarity and truth about what’s going on. Have you gone into liquidation. Are you looking for a new 3rd party IT company ( I know I would ). 4+ days without service is only acceptable if we the loyal customers are being kept in the loop. Instead, like mushrooms we are being fed s*** and kept in the dark ! Cmon Mansionbet. Deliver please. Prove me wrong. Apart from that I would’ve said I’m happy with the site although the mobile app is pretty poor and the desktop site not much better. Suffers from lots of glitches and lag. The account manager is the the saving grace here. Fair with free bets.

For the past year or so I have not been able to log on to the mobile app due to it not accepting my password. I then discovered if I keep entering the password 4 or 5 times it eventually lets me in which is a bit of a joke really...or not! Also find the app really buggy, the desktop sites not special but at least i can just about place my bets. Again , if it wasn't for my account manager I'd be far far away by now ! I've since dropped a star from review due to zero improvement on the app.

"Absolute disgrace.."

Wow! Site back on line after 5 days and guess what despite previous assurances that my account and balance would be fine it was sitting at zero. Calls all morning to the customer service team that are then cut off after 3mins each time whilst holding. Your firm has stolen a not insignificant amount of money from myself and checking my betting history. Strange how you always have our money taken and confirmed but my actually balance is wrong and no history of it at the time it crashed on Saturday morning. I’m simply amazed I’m the only angered by this and that there hasn’t been a bigger outcry. Shameful.
Absolute disgrace... site down 5 days. Customer service have stopped even responding to emails. No info or truth given just vague excuses of”maintenance” . Clearly something serious has happened and I’m deeply concerned about my balance and withdrawing it should the site ever go live again. If a bank withheld your money for 4 days and stopped you taking your own money there’s be a huge outcry and even bigger negative publicity but as ever gambler aren’t seen as people just cash cows.
May have found the truth after finding this news story on the internet ...

Please confirm if this is the case and if so then why are you holding our balances and preventing customers withdrawing their funds.

Sites been down 4 days I made a withdrawal Friday and still not received it, yet when I ring customer services they can’t even tell me if it’s been processed and state it could be days before the sites working....joke!!

"One of the better ones"

I generally bet on horse racing and many bookmakers now restrict you totally within weeks some even just days. I've had my account with them for some time now and I've found they are ok and will take a bet of £25 each way with generally no problem-some restriction on bigger prices. They offer best odds guaranteed and have other daily offers. One of the better bookmakers out there these days and I would recommend.
