Scam, scam, scam. Do not deposit any money to this bookmaker. They just don't pay out the winnings.
Well I already contacted the support, no answer. I can see lots of people here got the same problem.

AVOID. Signed up for the £20 free bets welcome offer and deposited £10 with Paypal to make a bet. The small print apparently shows that the deposit must be made by debit card... £10 is £10!!! Others having trouble with the small print and withdrawing money so avoid this company at all costs. Spoke to customer services and they've said there's nothing they can do so ignore the fact that they'll respond to this making out they're about to provide me with some good customer service. Thieving con artists.

Signed up for the stake £10 get £20 free bets offer.

I bet £5ew on a horse and didn’t receive my free bets. So after 3 hours of trying to get hold of their customer service, I’m told that to qualify for this promotion with an each way bet it would have to be £10ew and a total stake of £20.

That was hidden within their terms and conditions, I basically feel like they’ve stolen £10 off me. Won’t be using them again.

Signed up to the new customer offer, and got a free bet. Won my bets and attempted to withdraw the money. Withdrew 115 and got sent back 60, with no explanation at all. Joke of a company. What normal betting company doesn't pay out winning bets? Absolute stealers.

"Truly shocking bookies"

Truly shocking bookies. The worst I have been with. Saw an advert to sign up with their new customer offer, placing £10 bet to receive a number of free bets. Upon accidentally placing £9 at first, they refused to void the bet despite most bookies having no problem voiding. I acknowledge this was my fault anyway. After depositing more money, I realised you can only place bets of £1, £2, £3, £5, £10 etc. No In-betweens. You cannot place £4, £3.50, £4.95 etc as most bookies allow. You also cannot withdraw anything less than multiples of £5. Completely inferior to other bookies. You cannot get live match updates, you cannot stream any matches, you cannot see clearly any in play stats or results of your bet. The layout of this app regarding in plays is ridiculous and inferior to anything else. The nearly ten bets I placed, 0 of them offered a cash out at any point during the game. After hours of monitoring these games not one second could I cash out anything. The live chat team was rude and condescending and I look forward to wasting my money (haha) elsewhere. Worst betting app/company I have ever used.

Shay, in charge of customer relations at MansionBet has obviously brought this huge improvement from what existed previously, and the result is quick pay out of winnings, the laying of a decent wager without fuss, and a wide range of sports markets. This is a high compliment when the general experience punters have of high street online operators is poor in the extreme. Bravo MansionBet!
