Like all other people on here I am appalled by the disgusting service offered by this company!!! The div that runs it is called Chris Cartwright and he is based in Chicago US. He is obviously a complete fool and it disgusts me that he has no contact whatsoever with the UK and the company he heads up !!!

Poor poor telephone service, been on the phone for over 2 hours with the exact same repetitive music for 30 seconds then getting told if you want to hold, one of our agents will answer you call shortly, no queue, no nothing, this is thanks to my bank telling them my credit amount has gone up but nothing shows in either of my accounts, these people are an absolute waste of space, much like my bank
I feel robbed giving them the one star, they deserve absolute nothing
They do not even come on here to answer any reviews, they are lazy beyond belief
I sent them an email so no doubt l will not get a reply this side of 2026 never mind the end of this year

Just like most of the others posting here I am shown on their profile as not being on the electoral register.
I have been on the register since 2014 and have sent correspondence from Council to them but they do not correct it.
They have not claimed their business ownership on this site and clearly have no interest in the bad reviews of their performance.
I am very surprised the FCA allow them to continue in business.

If I could give less than a one star I certainly would. The customer service is totally non existent! Joined for the 30 day free report. Cannot get into accou t have emailed x5 have telephoned x3 NO ONE CAN ASSIST. Disgusting!

Hold wrong information says i missed payment and i havnt. Score me low even though equifax and experian have me on the highest scores available. Never missed a payment with anybody. This is a scam company.
Tried to resolve but just refers you to lots of forms that frankly i cannot be bothered to waste my time on they need to make sure information is accurate not me if they providing this false information to high street banks.
