"IS THIS A SCAM OR SERIOUS SHOP?"
I ordered from this company on may 31st. Shorts and shirt I ordered was too small on me, and since it costed $650, I decided to return this. I experienced some difficulties in returning, and I consulted the customer service and in the begining, they were very resposive, kind and helpfull. They received my item on June 21st, and since then, I never got my refund! In the beggining, they were replying on my email saying ,,We got your email and working on your request", but that was all. I never got my money back. This is not how they suppose to do bussiness. They more look like a scam, but not serious company!

Sono cliente LUISAVIAROMA da anni e riesco a trovare veramente di tutto, che dire ….ormai faccio fatica ad acquistare altrove!spedizioni veloci e rimborsi idem

"Poor customer service"
Poor customer service (updated):
1. After placing order, LUISAVIAROMA stated “delay of 2-3 days.”
2. After 5 days, the order was still “processing.” Called customer service. The associate’s behavior was not respectful or considerate (I tried to ask my one question at least three times, however the associate would talk over me when trying to ask). Associate said “2-3 day delay” was on top of their “usual delay.” After the conversation, I still didn’t know when my order would be processed, shipped, or delivered. The associate never asked for my order number.
3. A few hours after this review was originally posted, LUISAVIAROMA asked Trustpilot to flag my review as they “may not be able to recognize [my] review as genuine.” (As you/the consumer may know, some businesses/ companies tend to flag/ remove negative reviews only.)
4. Six days after I placed my order, I received notification my order shipped. Unfortunately, I had included and paid for “express shipping” as well.
5. Seven days after placing my order, DHL let me know that at the request of the shipper, LUISAVIAROMA, my signature would be required for delivery. And LUISAVIAROMA disabled the following delivery options: Signature Release, Service Point/ Locker, Alternate Address, and Leave with a Neighbor/ Office/ Security. Note:
(A) My order was less than $500.
(B) LUISAVIAROMA did not communicate before, during, or after I placed the order to let me know they would require a signature for delivery (meaning, with only one day's notice, I had to take the day off work in order to stay home to wait for the delivery, from 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM).
Based on my experience, I would not recommend LUISAVIAROMA.
