I have been ordering from luisaviaroma for about 10 years now, always fast shipping and great items. Somewhat long handling time last few times (when ordered sale items)

I ordered over a week ago and my parcel is still not shipped!!
No one replies to my several emails.
Money was already taken from Pay Pal…
If they don’t reply, I will start a claim with Pay Pal!!

"Slow & unflexible"
Shipping slow as well as customer service. Unflexible. After 1 week the order wasn't even dispatched & I left for my holidays. Tried to contact the customer service several times in order to ship to my holiday destination. I was told once the order was placed it wasn't possible anymore. The shipping with DHL requires signatures but being away I asked for the possibility to drop without. Not possible either. I asked for delaying the dispatch until my return. The item wasn't shipped anyways. This option wasn't possible either. I'm now waiting for the refund being back home. Asking if it's not easier to get the item shipped than processing a refund I didn't get an answer. LVR is selling high-end fashion - unfortunately the companies processes and customer handling is far from.

Absolutely the worst customer service!
They sent me defective items three times and each time it took weeks to either receive replacement or email from them.
Last week I received once again defective item , immediately contacted customer service, they apologized and basically didn’t do anything to solve the problem!
Receiving this many times defective clothes isn’t coincidence, and I already reported this store to the appropriate authorities.

Esperienza negativa,ti fanno pagare la spedizione Express 10 euro x consegna veloce in mass 48 ore ma come minimo ti arriva dopo 10 giorni. Mille chiamate ,mille e-mail ,tutti assenti !
Per non parlare della DHL ,chiamate a pagamento 0,50 cent al minuto e nessuno sa darti spiegazione sul pacco!

Ho comprato una borsa jacquemus quindi non proprio economica. Spedizione 10€ tempi lunghi e in più pacco arrivato aperto, borsa palesemente guardata e rimessa nel pacco! Da chi? Mah !🤷🏻♀️

"Esperienza negativa e servizio clienti pessimo"
Ho effettuato il mio primo ordine su LUISAVIAROMA il 26/07, pagando la spedizione espressa di 10€, consegna stimata 1-2 giorni lavorativi.
Solo dopo il pagamento, e non prima, come può essere segnalato sulle homepage di molti e-shop in particolari situazioni, visualizzo l’avviso che “causa dell'alto numero di richieste, la spedizione potrebbe avvenire con 2-3 giorni di ritardo”. Dovendo partire per le vacanze tra qualche giorno mi si presenta un grosso problema per cui contatto il servizio clienti via mail, aprendo due richieste che tuttora non hanno ricevuto alcuna risposta. Successivamente contatto il call center (rispondono dalla Croazia) la prima volta mi dicono in maniera evasiva che ci sono dei ritardi dovuti al periodo di saldi (peraltro ho acquistato un articolo non in saldo), che non sanno quando verrà effettuata la spedizione e che in ogni caso non possono aprire un ticket di sollecito. La seconda volta in maniera poco professionale l’operatrice mi riattacca la chiamata. La terza volta, dopo mia insistenza, mi rispondono che con gli ordini sono fermi al 22/07, che certamente non riceverò nulla entro questa settimana e che non possono sollecitare l’invio.
Data l’inadeguatezza dell’assistenza clienti, seppure volessi annullare il mio ordine, non saprei come fare.
Esperienza assolutamente negativa e soprattutto servizio clienti pessimo!

"Horrible service and customer service!"
Do not waste your time ordering from them! You’re better off getting second hand items. My partner placed an order for a pair of Rene Caovillas on the 15th of July. He then received an email of how there will be a payment verification needed which can take up to 2 days. We have followed up afterwards and this payment was accepted . Bear in mind he also paid the 16£ for express shipping 1-2 business day. One week later and still no update on this shoes or weather they will be shipped. I have been going back and forth with customer services demanding the 16£ back as the service wasn’t provided in time. The customer services have no clue what they’re doing and they will just repeat the same email in different words like u are a kid. The item has finally been delivered after 2 weeks and when it arrived I opened the box and the shoes are scuffed, one has a dent on the heel and the right foot was damaged and repainted on top. I have emailed customer services on Saturday the 27th and now it’s Wednesday the 31st and I have had no reply or anything from them. I proceeded to call again the line they have and the lady said she can only offer basic information over the phone and that I have to email pictures and wait for their reply. Probably by the time I will get a reply the return policy won’t even be valid anymore. No quality checks are being done prior to shipping items what sort of luxury retailers are you?Shame on you Luisaviaroma absolute scam!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

Ho fatto un ordine il 24 luglio, il 29 ho inviato mail chiedendo quando lo avrei ricevuto…. Solito messaggio predefinito. Silenzio stampa , customer service inesistente, solito escamotage “A causa dell’alto numero di richieste bla,bla,bla”. Ho pagato 10 euro spedizione express per cosa. Mytheresa consegna dalla Germania in 4 gg con spedizione gratuita , anche durante i saldi. A mai piu
