"Long Delivery Times"

I bought two products in different times during the sale period and they both took almost two weeks to be delivered.

Je me permets de vous écrire concernant ma commande passée le 26 juillet 2024. J'ai commandé un sweat Stone Island, et il n'a toujours pas été expédié.
Il est impératif que je reçoive cet article pour le samedi 3 août. Je trouve cela inadmissible surtout pour le prix !!!!

Online Designer shopping is hit or miss. .
I bought a "Gucci" Logo Tank from Luisaviaroma & I'm having a running set of problems returning it. The 2nd DHL return link was sent approx 5-6 days ago. Within a few hours of opening the link my entire computer system & internet crashed for over 36 hours. That was serious. But first, The return DHL links aren't authentic & can't be successfully scanned by either the Post office or the DHL courier who came to pick up the package. DHL courier tried twice on the same day with supervisor support. The return is unresolved & the return window is shrinking, I'm sure luisaviaroma is happy about that. The poor stiff quality of this garment isn't synonymous with Gucci's Lux Appeal. This is why I'm returning it. I searched & investigated the GUCCI logo tank in sizing & price & quality. I paid $650 but it sells for 480 on FARFETCH. Also Gucci doesn't make this tank in XL as sold to me by Luisaviaroma! That is huge fashionistas, run from this store.
Luisaviaroma has definitely changed business hands & I believe they may be now shipping from China. The quality & sizing is poor.

UPDATE RECEIVED ITEMS TODAY AND VERY HAPPY. All items were as described and packaged in a big brand box. Only complaint is the delivery time was 10 days not 2.


Ordered 8 days ago and still processing!! Paid £16 express one/two day delivery. Spent over £900 and not even received an email to confirm it has been shipped.

Really disappointed and now anxious items may not arrive at all.
