"Une honte"

Une honte.
J’ai commandé un sweatshirt stone island sur leur site, en livraison express.
Une semaine après, la prise en compte de cette commande n’a toujours pas était faite.
50€ de livraison express pour au final rien.
Je déconseille ce site.
De plus, 0retour du service client, pour un site qui se dit de standing, c’est pitoyable.

Pessima. Unico e-commerce che non permette di ritirare acquisti presso punti di ritiro corriere. Articoli arrivati tutti spiegazzati senza custodia e scatola rotta. Con quello che si fanno pagate le spedizioni

A week passed, still processing. I sent 2 emails, no responses! I am a foreign student and about to leave UK on 9 August so it's impossible for me to receive or return it after this date! I am quite worried now!!! I want my money back if this parcel cannot be despatched by 5 August!

I have made an order at 29.7.2024 with order numberT0011654044and you don't send it yet.i have contacted you by phone and email,because I would like to receive the parcell until Tuesday 6.8.2024 because I will be on vacation and I will not be able to receive the parcel after this date.And you do nothing for this particular case.Also I have pay express delivery

Awful service. Worst I’ve ever whitnessed, ordered item on Wednesday, still not been processed by Friday. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Waste of time and money.
